DECLARATION OF INTENT

• We, the signed charter members of the Unification of Bohemia hereby declare a state of war on any alliance listed on the bottom of this page. If you appear on the bottom of this page, you have been declared an enemy in contravention to the states listed above and will be sought by the Iunctus Miles Militis Bohemia Exercitus (for those who know not Latin, that is United Knights of Bohemia Army). We will not stop, we will not tire, we will not succumb to your posturing and provocative actions. We stand united against our enemies as Lords and Equals. Your time of tyranny and oppression is over and will be met by the sword now. All your men can no longer continue their assault on the weak and starting out alliances and as such these countries now belong to the collective good of all who reside there.

• To our enemies I say this, as a whole, the council that enforces the policies and rules of this charter are not heartless or unsympathetic to the causes of your plight. However, unlike you who's only demand was that we kneel to you and leave, who have now expanded beyond the borders you sought, we now say this. Leaving these lands is not an option, your only options are these, death or surrender. No matter where you go, you will be hunted men from this day forward and your neighbors will never leave you be as you have sought to deny your neighbors the peace they crave. Your time of control and power are at end. Know this as well, no single member of this council has the ability to offer you clemency or leniency, a majority must decide that fate. So even in surrender you may still be hunted.

• Peace and strength will never again be yours as it will be ours and our borders will be defended vigorously without mercy, without any pause, and with honor. The dishonor and shame you have brought to this contest of will has gone on long enough and will be stopped now as you have crossed the line that has separated us all for so very long.

THE TREATY OF LUNTINGTON/UNIFICATION ACT OF BOHEMIA

• WHAT IT IS

  The Treaty of Luntington is a proposal that is designed to unite the members as one complete fighting force under the banner of the United Knights of Bohemia Army. What this means is that you will be a part of a much larger group that works together in order to defeat common enemies. Though anyone can be deemed an enemy of the state, they must be first submitted to a council of monarchy's that decides if they are truly an enemy of the state or just an enemy of yours. Members of the treaty are free to engage in combat amongst one another when the common enemies have been destroyed so long as it remains a fair and contained conflict. What that means is your alliance can go to war with anyone they see fit, but your allies who are charter members can not assist you so long as it stays a one on one fight between alliances. If either side calls in for help from a brother/ sister alliance then it is no longer fair and they risk fighting the enitre list of members to the treaty.

• WHAT IT IS INTENDED TO DO

  It is intended to stop the more powerful alliances who use sheer numbers to beat down helpless enemies and also to make it where if on alliance has a problem with another, they settle it amongst themselves without drawing half of the map into the fight and thus weakening both them and their ally's positions and making them vulnerable to outside attack.

• WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF COUNCIL MEMBERS?

  Currently there are three founding member alliances within the Treaty of Luntington. They are TheCREAM, IRONFIST and Kingdom. Alliances are pledging their allegiance to this noble cause every day. The United Knights of Bohemia Army now include, CCC, ZEUS, FearZeus, REBORN, UNITY, FuzyWuzy and NoFear within their ranks. Their hosts, Thor2, Sir William Robert, Sergey, Dalfang, StarDusty, Homing, travis schumer, Christo4, XxSAIxX and RyoSuika are all voting members. Luntingtex, the driving force behind this treaty and vice host of Kingdom will also have a vote. Jayle, the diplomatic representative of FearZeus and ZEUS, will be sitting on the council in Homing's and StarDusty's place with the casting power of both of their votes.

• DO I HAVE TO MERGE WITH ANOTHER ALLIANCE?

  No. All member alliances will remain autonomous unless they otherwise choose, of their own free will, to merge.

• IF WE DON'T MERGE, HOW DO WE SHARE RESOURCES AND STRENGTH?

  With the council almost in place, the first thing on it's agenda will be to designate alliance hoppers. They are members who will be loaded with troops and resources then expelled from their original alliance and immediately invited into the alliance in need. Resources will then be shared and reinforcements sent. In the case of troops, the alliance hopper will stay until the troops are either no longer needed (or killed) then returned to their original alliance in the same manner.

With great power comes great responsibility. CRUSADER have this power here in Bohemia but have been reckless in its use. Through treacherous means, they have nearly destroyed the once formidable Kingdom alliance. The remnants of this alliance have chosen not to roll over and play dead but to fight back and in the process, unifying the province of Bohemia. Together with TheCREAM, IRONFIST, CCC, ZEUS, FearZeus, REBORN, UNITY, FuzyWuzy and NoFear. Kingdom has decided to not be afraid, to not cower in the shadows and hope to be missed as CRUSADER sweep across Bohemia. Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed. CRUSADER's reign of tyranny is quickly approaching it's end and we, the small but the many, will be the ones who orchestrate their downfall.
