KEEP IT SIMPLE AND SHINE--written by the Holy Spirit Our Comforter

Thank you Jesus and God for loving us!!--Acts 1:4-11 "Jesus will return the same way he left in the clouds from Heaven" ( this website under construction)

The difference between those that believe in Jesus Christ and God, and those who say they believe is the same as the difference between day and night.

Colossians 2:11-23

11) In him you was also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ.

12) Buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.

13)And you being dead in your trespasses and the un-circumcision of the flesh. He has made alive together with Him having forgiven you of all trespasses.

14) Having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And he has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.

15)Having disarmed principalities and powers. He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.

16) SO LET NO ONE JUDGE YOU IN FOOD OR IN DRINK OR REGARDING A FESTIVAL OR SABBATHS.

17)Which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ.

18)Let no one cheat you of your reward taking delight in false humility and worship of angels intruding in these things which he has not seen, vaily pumped up by his fleshly mind.

19) And not holding fast to the head from whom all the body, nourished and knitted together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God.

20) Therefore if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world( meaning being saved, asking Jesus to forgive you for your sins), why as though living in the world, do you subject yourself to regulations?

21) Do not touch, do not taste, do not handle.

22) Which all concern things which perish with the using according to the commandments and doctrines of men?

23) these things indeed have an appearance of wisdom in self-imposed religion, false humility, and neglect of the body, but are of no value against the indulgence of the flesh.

You can go to church every Saturday or Sunday, or even every night of the week, but that doesn't mean that you truly have given yourself to Jesus and God. Through the name of Jesus the Bible tells you, throughout the New testament that in Jesus' name you will be saved. That Jesus's father God our Lord, sent Jesus as a way for us ( the Gentiles) to get to Heaven.

Acts 10: 44-48

(Peter was testifying Jesus to the Gentiles ( people like us )

44) While Peter was still speaking these words, The Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word.

45) And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished as many as came with Peter, because THE GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT HAD BEEN POURED OUT ON THE GENTILES ALSO.

46) For they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God. Then Peter answered:

47) "Can anyone forbid water that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?"

48) And he commanded them to be baptized in the Name of the Lord.

Now how do you really get to be with Jesus in Heaven and with his father? You can go all through life with Jesus right beside you and you don't even know it. You can go through life talking and walking with Jesus but not have totally given all of yourself to him. You can go through life wanting the TRUE friendship with Jesus but not because you are still living in the flesh, man's words, opinions, all others will detour you from this.

How would you feel if Jesus didn't die on the cross, didn't shed his blood to defeat Satan, so you could not be saved? That God just said the heck with you and didn't send a mediator, Jesus, to die on the cross and spill his blood to take in the sin of all people wanting to be saved. Then why don't you make that step for him; be saved and live with him in your life because you are truly loved by Jesus and God.

John 3:16

16) For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that who so ever believes in Him, shall not perish but have ever lasting life.

This means that anyone that gives themselves to God, in the NAME OF JESUS, WILL BE SAVED AND LIVE FOREVER IN HEAVEN NEXT TO JESUS AND GOD.

img

John 3: 17-21

17) For God didn't send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world, through JESUS, can be saved.

18) He who believes in Him is NOT condemned but he who doesn't believe is condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

19) And this is the condemnation that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

20) For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.

21) But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.

All you have to do is humble yourself to Jesus and God and through the name of Jesus, your sins will be forgiven. Sins are all those things you have done which you know were wrong. What does this mean--ANYONE WHO BELIEVES IN THE NAME OF JESUS WILL BE SAVED. God sent his only Son. Think about it if you are a parent, you love your child, you feel you would do anything for your child. GOD DEFEATED THE DEVIL, SATAN, LUCIFER-THE ONE WHO USED TO BE IN HEAVEN WITH GOD, BUT SATAN WAS ENVIOUS AND JEALOUS OF GOD AND HE AND HIS FOLLOWERS WERE CAST OUT OF HEAVEN.

Revelations 12: 7-12

7) And war broke out in Heaven, Micheal and his angels fought with the dragon and the dragon and his angels fought.

8) But they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in Heaven any longer.

9) So the great dragon was cast out, that Serpent of bad called Satan, who deceives the world' he was cast to the Earth and his angels were cast out with him.

10) Then I heard a loud voice in Heaven, "Now salvation, and strength, and the Kingdom of God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.

11) And they overcome him(Satan) by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB and by the word of their testimony and they did not love their lives to the death.

12) "Therefore rejoice Oh Heavens and you who dwell in them! War to the inhabitants of the Earth and the sea! For the Devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows he has a short time.

By sacrificing his only Son, HIS BLOODSHED the blood of God through his SON JESUS CHRIST when he was sacrificed on the cross. Jesus could have ran that night but he was taken prisoner, he could have done anything he wanted, but he didn't. He died on the cross, he went through the ultimate sacrifice for you. ALL OF YOU! Any of you who want to go to Heaven.

Throughout Matthew Chapters 26-27 it explains. As well as in the other Gospels, Mark 14-15, Luke 22-23, and in John chapters 17-19.

Think about it Jesus chose through his Father' s love to save you from the Devil. Have you ever been poked by a needle or a thorn from a rose bush or a briar? Remember the stinging pain you felt? Maybe you cussed a bit cause of the pain. But think about this, Jesus was poked all over his head with a crown of thorns. Not just little thorns but BIG thorns. The pain alone in this should have been enough for a man or woman to turn their heart, body, soul, and life to Jesus and God. But to defeat the Devil and his adversaries, Jesus BLED TOTALLY! He went through bad pain for YOU to be able to be in the Kingdom of Heaven with God and Himself.

Matthew 27: 27-54

27)Then the soldiers of the Governor took Jesus into the Praetorian and gathered the whole garrison around him.

28) And they stripped Him and put a scarlet robe on Him.

29) When they had twisted a crown of thorns they put it on His head. And a reed in His right hand. And they bowed the knee before Him and mocked Him saying, " Hail King of the Jews"

30) Then they spit on Him and took the reed and struck Him on the head.

31) And when they had mocked Him, they took the robe off Him, put His own clothes on Him, and led Him away to be crucified.

32) Now as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name. Him they compelled to bear his cross.

33) And when they had come to a place Golgotha, that is to say Place of the Skull.

34) They gave Jesus soured wine mingled with gall to drink. But when Jesus had tasted it, HE WOULD NOT DRINK.

35)Then they crucified Jesus, and divided his garments, casting lots, that it must be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet. "They divided my garments among them, And for my clothing, they cast lots."

36) Sitting down they kept watch over Jesus there,

37) And they put up over his head the accusation written against him: THIS IS JESUS. THE KING OF THE JEWS."

38) Then two robbers were crucified with Jesus, one on the right and the other on the left.

39) And those who passed by Jesus would blasphemed Him or discredited him, wagging their hands

40) and saying, " you who destroy the Temple and build it in 3 days, save yourself. If you are the Son of God, come down from the cross.

41) Likewise the chief priests also mocking with the scribes and elders, said

42) "He saved others; Himself he can not save. If He is the King of Israel, let Him now come down from the cross and we will believe Him."

43) "He trusted in God; let Him deliver Him now if He will have for Him. For He said I am the Son of God."

44) Even for the robbers who were crucified with Him said the same thing.

45) Now from the 6th hour until the ninth hour there was darkness over all the land

46) And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice saying, "Eli Eli lama sabachtrani? That means My God , My God, why have you forsaken me?"

47)Some of those who stood there, when they heard that said, "This man is calling Elijah!"

48) Immediately one of them ran and took a sponge, filled it with sour wine and put it on a reed and offered it to Him to drink.

49) The rest said, "Let Him alone, Let us see if Elijah will come to save Him."

50) And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His Spirit.

51) Then behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split.

52) and the graves were opened and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised;

53) And coming out of the graves after His ressurection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many.

54) So when the centurion and those with Him, who were guarding Jesus, saw the earth quake and the things that had happened they feared greatly saying, "Truly this was the Son of GOD."

See Jesus predicted his death. He told all around what was coming as did many of the prophets who were before Jesus.
