My Philosophy

As a child care provider, my goal is to provide a safe and happy place for children where they can learn and grow physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially at their own pace. I believe children learn through play and benefit from a structured yet flexible schedule. Activities will be offered which stimulate sensory motor development, language development, and social interaction. The development of strong self-esteem is also a major goal. Children will be taught to respect each other, adults, and property. I'm committed to providing high quality care in a home environment. I take pride in my profession and value the opportunity of caring for your child for several years. Parents forget that this is a business much like any other because I work at home. If you fail to pick your child up on time, I have less time with my family, if you don't pay on time I can't pay my bills on time. I am very easy to get along with and understand if your family experiences unforeseen difficulty or emergencies, just be honest with me and I will work with you. I do ask you to be respectful of my needs so I can continue to serve your child with quality care.

I have an open-door policy for parents during the hours in which childcare is provided. Parents are always welcome to drop in anytime. Each child is required by state regulations to have a physical and immunization record at time of enrollment or within 30 days after enrollment.

If your child becomes I'll you need to have your child picked up immediately to avoid getting others sick. Your child may NOT return back to daycare until fever free for 24 hours.

I am a Mandatory Reporter of suspected child abuse and have received training on observing and recognizing child abuse. If I as a care giver or you as a parent feel there is a concern for abuse DHS must be informed. Weekdays 800-474-5363 After Hours 800-363-2178

Payment is due every Friday! No EXCEPTIONS! If you can not make your payment please be honest with and I will work with you. I do NOT accept checks!
