Madison Security Group (July 2007- November 2008) Operations Manager. During my employement with MSG, I was the Operations Manager for Central Florida, I employed and overseen the duties of 180 employees, conducted scheduling, and aquisitions.

Community Enforcement / Metro Enforcement (January 2007 – July 2007) Formerly I was a Deputy Chief with Metro Enforcement. My duties include acting as a liaison between the agency and local law enforcement. As well as over seeing normal day to day activities such as dispatch, officer safety, officer training, conduct standards, officer court appearances and client satisfaction. This security agency appears to be the wave of the future, with an aggressive mentality to preventing crime and securing a clients property. All work preformed in high crime, low income apartments within OPD’s 7 target areas of the city with the highest crime rates. Goal is to successfully rehabilitate a property and return control to the property owner.

R-G Training Center (October 2006- Present) Currently I am teaching the 24hr D course part time on the weekends. Teaching potential officers the various duties of Private Security, as well as the virtues of security, integrity, loyalty, honor, and self-discipline. Curriculum includes but not limited to Anti- Terrorism (WMD-FOG-IDEA), Fire Training, Hazmat Training, Use of Tact / Customer relations, Use of Force, Civil and Criminal Liability, Report writing, Statutory Laws Pertaining Security (493, 790, 776), Case Law, Patrol Techniques, Appearance, First Aid, Explosive Ordinance Search, Interview / Interrogation Techniques, Criminal Psychology, and test all potential officers on such knowledge.

Meet with clientele and review post orders and report any and all changes the client wishes to change. Respond to dispatched calls from residents or management of any and all properties. Dispatched calls can range from escorting an elderly lady to her apartment to armed robbery / burglary. Ideally my goal was to stay with Curtis long-term and rank up to fulfill a management position. However I am searching for a more stable agency, which has more of an administrative department and is more oriented to officer safety and discipline.
