Welcome to the official James Byron Johnson website.

James Johnson is a writer. He was born in 1985 in Philmont New York where he spent only his toddler years before moving to Chatham, NY.

James attended school in Chatham and now resides in Craryville New York where he is writing the sequel to his first novel.

What does James Johnson write?

James enjoys writing a long range of things, his favorite being short stories. He has to current written:

A novel (due in stores hopefully within the year)

Lyrics, including conceptual and final draft pieces

Many Poems, mostly political or self reflective poems with an emphasis on society.

James is currently working on 2 other novels beside the completed one. One is a sequel to his first novel, the other is a stand alone novel with no intention of ever there being a sequel.

James is also writing the short story series featured here on my website "Starks' Story". An illustrated Novel. The illustrations are not professional grade, though James delves slightly into drawing and art, it is not his best quality.

"What the mind dreams, the body brings to life..."

My name is James B. Johnson. I am a writer from Chatham New York, I currently reside in Columbia County. I wanted to write all my life. I love writing. I write what I feel or what I want to write easily and freely. The words jump out onto the page when I have the time.

This website will show some of my more simple writings. This is my writing resume so to speak. I will not include all of my writings but if you are a publisher you can email me. I would appreciate comments and criticisms as well.

Below are the links to each section of my website and a brief description of the selection.
