Welcome!

Welcome to the Introduction to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)! Now that you have completed the online personality inventory, it is time to learn more about what this theory is about and how you can apply it to your own life, both professionally and personally.

Course Overview

This is a blended learning course, meaning that it is broken into several parts.
1. The online inventory assessment that you already completed.
2. This online instruction that you must complete before your scheduled classroom date (typically 2 weeks).
3. The classroom-based training where you will receive the results of your online MBTI inventory.
Employees in many different positions and departments can benefit from this course, in addition to those working in teams and positions of management and supervision.

Completing this Course

Each lesson, including its activities and discussions will take approximately 45-60 minutes to complete. You may complete them one after the other during one sitting, or break up the lessons into whatever pieces work best for you. Keep in mind, all lessons, discussions and activities must be completed before your scheduled classroom training date.
