You know it's Hardy time because I'm fighting for the Intercontinental title and Matt is fighting for the world heavy weight title. By the end of the night one of us, hopefully both of us will be walking out with gold. Now I know there are superstars standing in our way, but when you've got the heart of a Hardy nothing stands in your way.
That was a quote from Jeff in the Cameron newspaper. The paper was doing a article on both the Hardy's. A front page article about the hometown heros, hometown celebraties. The article talked about both Hardy's raise to fame. It also talked about Jeff's fall from glory.
Jeff stood in the hallway of his home reading the paper. He wasn't ashamed of his past, but he didn't like what he had done. He let his fans down and his self down. Yet, you learn from you past mistakes and move on which is what he has done. Jeff has beaten the drugs, and was back to his fomer self. Now he has the chance to turn it all around again. Starting with this Intercontinental title shot! He was going to shock the world one more time, and become once again Intercontinental champion.
Scene One: Hallway of Jeff's home
He stood reading the article on Matt and his self. It was a great article about the Hardys. Now he had to get ready to shock the world one more time. He had been working towards a goal and at Unforgiven that goal would soon be accomplished. No one would stand in his way not The Rock, not MVP, not Golddust, not Rhino, and not even the Intercontinental champ himself Kofi Kingston is going to stop him.

It's time to shock the world. I'm surprised on some of the choices that are in this match with me. First we have The Rock. The Rock come on guys, isn't he making a movie, or is he still gathering superstars for the new Four Horsemen? Now I'm not going to be like Rhino and count out The Rock. If he does show up then he is a threat to my title shot. Rock is a former world champ, and he is a former Intercontinental champ. He is someone that can surprise and shock everyone.
Next is the loud mouth, highest paid superstar on Smack Down MVP. Now I agree with Rhino on this one. I'm counting out MVP. He's a loser and doesn't even derserve to be in this match. Now we have a weird, off the wall Golddust. I like Golddust, but like all the rest he will fall.
Now onto the outspoken one so far Rhino. Look Rhino don't overlook me in this match. Don't count me out like your doing. I've been to the top of the mountain and I'm wanting that top spot back. So you can GORE, GORE, GORE all you want, but at the end of the night it will be THE TWIST OF FATE, THE TWIST OF FATE, THE TWIST OF FATE, that will end your night. Now you claim there is no fire in my eyes, that because I wasn't in ECW that I don't have that fire. You need to look into my eyes again Rhino!!! The fire hasn't burned quite so hot before in my career. That fire burns hot and high in my eyes. I hate to burst your bubble Rhino, but ECW wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Sure you boys knew how to bleed, light fires, break tables, use barb wire, but what company didn't do that. Sorry to hurt your feelings Rhino, but I've bleed, I've been put through tables and I've put people through tables, I've seen inferno matchs, and I've seen barb wire matches. So just because you come from ECW doesn't mean crap to me. What means something to me is the Intercontinental title and that is something I plan on taking home come Unforgiven.
Jeff walks out of the hallway and heads towards his office. He sits in his leather chair and puts his feet up on the desk. Leaning the chair back ever so slightly.

Kofi Kingston!!! I don't know you, but I've seen your matches. Your great in that ring, but your time as champ as come to an end. Now I'm not saying your not a great champ, and that you don't deserve to be champ. But at Unforgiven I also want to be champ and we both know there can only be one Intercontinental champion. So it's either you or me, and I perfer it to be me. Now I know you know that I would make a great Intercontinental champ myself, so I say to you Kofi let the best man win!
Jeff pulls his hair back into a ponytail as the scene fades to black...
Scene Two: The Promo
Jeff was just about to relex when Shane walks in and tells him to listen to this. After all the talk and rambling on and on it finally ends.

Just what in the hell is Golddust thinking? Comparing us to pigs, I know the man is crazy and isn't all there up stairs. But this is the lowest of lows. Golddust, you've got it all wrong. I'm not ashamed to be in my brothers shadow. As a matter of fact I'm happy for Matt and what he's accomplishing right now, and I'm not being left behind. Now I know your jealous that Matt and I have such a close bond and that you have no one, but don't try and think you can come between us. See, Matt and I have something that no one in WWE have and that's each others backs. So no I'm not in Matt's shadow and he's not in mine. Goldie maybe your time here in WWE needs to end once again.
Jeff looks at Shane with a sly smile on his face...
