A: We can repair your computer and fix any PC-related issue you may have Q: What kinds of problems can you fix? A: Here's some samples of what we can do for you: 1) Formatting a hard drive and re-installing Windows in a worse-case scenario (your computer requires the means of auto-restore, or a CD, etc.) 2) Speeding up the hard-drive without a need of reformatting. 3) De-dusting service (Hardware-oriented. We can open up the PC for you and remove the dust. It is very important to de-dust.) 4) Speeding up the internet (everyone uses Internet Explorer, which is actually slow for the web and bad for your computer. We'll teach you all about firefox.) 5) Assistance with the internet and emails. 6) Setting up a fresh computer, computer hardware, software, etc. without the need of technical assistance from a far-away land. 7) Assistance in software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Powerpoint, Firefox, and much more! 8) ...and more! Q: How much does it cost? A: $35 per hour. If the service takes less than an hour to complete, then you'll only be charged $18 for the total service. Q: Where are you located?
