Now, im fan of MUSIC. Back in the day growing up, i listened to Michael Jackson NON-STOP, had the silver glove, the billie jean glittery jacket, had the shoes, etc. Around 12 or 13 i was introduced to Snoop Dogg by my older sister and really started to like it, and from there it ventured on into my own finding of other hiphop artists, such as 2Pac, Bone Thugs, The Lox, Fabolous...etc, and my image ever since middle school has been portrayed as "Wannabe Black" because i wear baggy clothes, which is fucked up because i wasn't trying to be black, nor do i try to be black now, i simply got caught up in HIPHOP CULTURE. Even thru the many years of hiphop listening, i still was listening to Michael Jackson on the low, because i didn't want my friends making fun of me, i shouldn't of gave 2 shits if they did anyway but hey, i was young n dumb, but whatever, so anyway ..i started making rap music myself, creating beats, producing other people tracks, remixing, and even writing here and there. Now that Michael Jackson has passed away, it seems like EVERYBODY wants to buy his music, and listen to him, which is cool, bc MJ was and always will be the greatest in music. PERIOD. but everyone now a days that are buying it are saying "ive been a fan of his for years and years..ever since Thriller..blah blah" but at the same time they never heard the song "Man In The Mirrior" or "Dirty Diana" etc...it just kinda urkes me when bangwagon fans start claimin they been a loyal fan JUST because he passed away, when in reality they were the same ppl that were probably making fun of him and tellin jokes about him. I don't know..im not really sure if this blog even makes sense cuz i been jumping from hiphop to mj n back, lol..i just was thinkin about all this shit recently n was just bumpin "Starlight" by Michael Jackson n decided to try and vent. RIP mike!  (BTW, for those who don't know what song Starlight is, it's because your a MTV fan of him, not a tru fan who KNOWS his music)
