President and CEO, Jeanne Tanzy Williams, a Native New Yorker grew up as a child actress having worked on Broadway and in Film, Television, Radio & TV Commercials from the early 1960’s to the late 1970’s. In 1979 she moved to Orlando, Florida where she married, and raised two sons. In 1993 she returned to the entertainment industry and began her own Management Company working with young actors, singers and dancers in their personal representation. One of her young clients was a 14 year boy named A.J. McClean, whom she later worked with in the forming and development of the "Backstreet Boys" as the groups original Manager and Co-Producer with Entrepreneur Louis J. Pearlman. After getting the “Backstreet Boys” off the ground she formed yet another boy group in 1997, in partnership again with Mr. Pearlman called “Take 5”, and had the distinct honor of traveling with them to Germany where they were signed to Edel Records. Her experiences with Mr. Pearlman and his entertainment company were not always pleasant ones. For years she tried to warn people about his business practices and her suspicions about him, but no one cared to listen. Because of recent press, and the arrest and sentencing of Lou Pearlman in 2008 for 25 years in prison, this whole story has broken wide open and her story has become extremely interesting to many people, especially those in the entertainment industry. It did not take long for her to find a writer who shared her vision. On October 23rd 2007, she formed a partnership with 3 time published author Victoria Winslow. The screenplay, THE BOYS BAND FACTORY,  is about Jeanne Tanzy's work with the “Backstreet Boys” and “Take 5”. and the true story of the man that created a 'Music Empire', an "Empire of Greed", who in the end lost it all.

Vice President and owner, Victoria Winslow Lives on the Treasure Coast of Florida, and is the mother of six children. She is a successful published author with three books published, "Sterling Rose’s", "Sunrise/Sunset" and "Reality of You". In October 2007, when Jeanne first came to Victoria with her story, Victoria knew then it was a story that needed to be told. She has ventured into her true passion, the art of screenwriting. Her novel "Realty of You" is now a screenplay and will be '4 Sweat Equity Films' next project after the completion of the 'BoyS Band Factory'.  She looks forward to what the future holds and the great ideas out there yet to be explored in the hope of  transforming them into great works that will shine their  light on the silver screen!

Jeanne and Victoria have several other original screenplays ready and waiting to go into production including "A Different Child", which is a supernatural thriller that will make 'The Omen'  look like child's play!
