The
road user act provides for and enforces safe driving. Every
driver should hold a valid driver's licence, drive a roadworthy
vehicle and share the road courteously with other users. Police are
mandated to enforce road user safety compliance, punish and or
prosecute offenders in court. Most unsafe road practises are linked to
stressful driving.
