ihave painted this original van gogh and many others that i will display in a few weeks.van gogh had mental illness and he used to chew fox glove while painting. fox glove is a plant that when ingested induces a state of mind similar to l.s.d. i strongly suggest  you DO NOT DO THIS. van gogh lived in a world of fantasy already and by eating fox glove he was completely immersed in his fantasy world and because he detached  himself completely from reality when he painted he was able to create colors and hues so brilliant and amazing that to date his work is unparalleled. his work wasn't "left minded" he was a person who probably couldn't add or subtract never mind make blueprints for house or a bridge. some people are born inherent with this ability to see through things and find deeper meanings, to abstract or detach themselves from traditional thoughts, beliefs, interpretations, and improvise and be truly individual in thought and action and these people (well most of them) are looked down upon in society because they don't follow the norms. they don't talk or dress as everyone else. we fear what we don't know or understand as a society in general and it is because of this that these beautiful minded people are cast out, rejected and often because of this sadness follows them like a halo on an angel. their stories are stories of pain and sadness. kurt cobain was one, van gogh and hemmingway  just to name a few. so i am going to suggest something that moby suggested on one of his music videos on youtube. lordy don't leave me. he said "even the strangest of people deserve a hello" it's unfortunate that my view on society is that it looks upon humanity as an acquired  taste. sure you might say to yourself " i respect and love my fellow man or woman" but ( it may just be my biased opinion) when you say these things in defense for yourself are you simply just protecting your ego or do you honestly believe and are sincere? look past you biases, pre-judgements and look not with you eyes but with your heart. no one should ever be left alone. everyone needs someone anyone to show them that they are people, human, and worthy of acknowledgment  in some form.
