As Delhi is the capital of India so many industries and business are developed and established in Delhi. So many people are coming to sty in Delhi for their job. As so many colleges are also established, so many students are coming for study purpose also. So Delhi is over crowded. It’s really tough to get a room on rent in Delhi. The prices of property are also very high in Delhi. So most of the people would like to sty on rent only. So the situation in Delhi is like supply is less and demand is high so it’s really get room in Delhi.
Find a good flat on rent in the capital is one challenge. If you are able to find a good apartment then, its also one major challenge to find a good roommate. Because of the scarcity of the rental flats there are so many people who want to share a room with you. As the demand is more and supply is less the rent is also very high. So to find a good roommate will be a wise decision. The roommates will be helpful to you in many ways.
You can share your rent and bills with your roommate.
You can share your experiences with his/her.
If you want to go outside after coming back you can have a good company.
Before finding roommates there are some important thing you must have to taken into consideration so in future you will not find any problems and difficulties.
Always find a person who is of your age because age difference can affect a lot. As there is a major difference in the age of yours and your roommate then there are difference in the thought and hobbies. So its always advisable to find a roommates same as your age.

Try to find the person who is from the same background as you are so it will be very easier for you to adjust. One most important thing is always maintained certain distance and go too close to your roommate. So you will always be able to maintain your privacy.
Language is also one of the major factors for selecting a roommate. In Delhi you can find the people from all the states and all the religions. So please find a person who is suitable and adjustable for you. If the person is non-vegetarian and you are vegetarian then it will create major issues afterwards. So please get all these information before sharing a room with any person.
You must have to clarify all the terms regarding the payment. You have to share the rent as per the facility used by both of you. So all these terms need to be very clear in the beginning also.
If your apartment is having so many bedrooms then who is going to share which place and which room that also you have to define before sharing the room.
If you will take care of all given things then there rare very less chances of conflicts will be there.

Last but not the list never selects your best friend as your roommate, especially in Delhi. Because there are sufficient chances to have major conflicts in future and your friendship will be broken. So please try to avoid a best friend as a roommate.

Pune is a charming city its really great experience to live in the city. Because of the luxurious life style and charming environment cost of living is really high in Pune. Hyderabad a capital of Andhra Pradesh is very popular city in India. It categorized as a class A city in India. Same as Bangalore, Hyderabad is also an IT hub of India. So many companies of IT industry are based in Hyderabad. The most important thing to know about Hyderabad is world’s largest film studio; the Ramoji Film City is also established in Hyderabad. Other than that all the city is known as a Tollywood, as it is second largest in India for the development of Telugu Film Industry.

So the people from IT Industry, Film Industry want to stay in Hyderabad for the career perspective. So they want rooms on rent. If you are also one of them and you got a good room in the city then its rally good for you. But as Hyderabad is class A city rent is quite high in the city. So if you can find good roommate for your room then its really good for you. To find a good roommate in Hyderabad is really not so easy.
