Our boxing program is one of a kind in our area focused on teaching the fundamentals of boxing while developing the conditioning and endurance required to compete, if one desired. There are many reasons one would want to learn the art of boxing. Some want to learn to box for self defense, others for competition, and others for weightloss or general cardio health. No matter what the reason boxing is the best work out to get into shape physically and for better mental focus as well. A sound body helps one have a sound mind. Unlike most boxing gyms you will come across, our boxing gym provides instructed classes to ensure that every member is learning the proper form and techniques when boxing. Our boxing gym is also affiliated with USA Boxing, the authority on amatuer/olympic style boxing throughout the United States.
