Horseback Riding Summer Camps
We truly believe and have experienced first-hand the results of the old saying that “there is something good about the outside of a horse that’s good for the inside of a young person.” Following CHA standards and guidelines for our summer camp program, our instructors and quality horses are second to none.
Classes in Western riding, from beginning through advanced horsemanship are taught in our spacious riding arena. Our California summer camp’s 900 acres border thousands of square miles of National Forest lands which provides an endless variety of beautiful trails to explore. For the avid
Horseback Riding Summer Camps lover, those horsy young people who can never get enough of everything horse related, we have a junior wrangler program. The junior wranglers help with much of the behind the scenes duties that make the horse program happen. Everything from mucking out stables and stalls to helping when the Vet or Ferrier is in camp. The kids help wrangle in the herd each morning, saddle, groom, feed, turn out in the evening and anything in between. Helmets are provided and required for all riders.
