While at the hospital 5 months ago I was being treated for a back infection a person came over to me and asked if I wanted to enroll in their "healthcare plan", as I had no insurance. So I did so. Now come February I get a letter in the mail saying that you MUST FILE A FEDERAL TAX RETURN IN ORDER TO REMAIN ENROLLED IN OUR HEALTH CARE PLAN. I called them up and cancelled it immediately. When does the U.S. IRS have anything to do with health care? They also stated that if I drop their health care plan that I would be penalized for not having health care
I went to amazon to publish an e-book today. I used my post office general delivery address as I am still homeless. I then received an error message from amazon stating that my "Address is not valid". So I ended up using the local homeless shelter address, which finally worked. I refuse to stay in the homeless shelters and instead live on the beach as the homeless shelters are disgusting. This is kind of like were people could not use an e-bay account or use their new computer without first having to receive a "phone call" to verify that you are the user. I can't wait for the day when the IRS calls you to confirm that your account is valid and that you are the actual tax payer.

A few weeks ago I applied for Obama phone (TWICE). After uploading a picture of my food stamp card and submitting all the required info they said that I did not have the proper documentation. They also said that they were contacting the food stamp office to confirm my eligibility, which they never did. In the end, I just gave up after spending hours on the phone trying to convince them of my living conditions. Like any U.S. Government run welfare program, they JUST DON"T CARE. In the end the Obama phone program is a joke. Do an internet search for Obama Phone + complaints and you will see how it is a failed program.
Heading into my 8th year of homelessness, I have now completely adapted 100% to living outdoors in all weather extremes. I have since made the decision to find work. This is partly based on the fact that the majority of food stamp participants are being kicked off of food stamps. If they remain on food stamps longer than 3 months they will have to go through a mandatory work program, or wait another 3 years to re-apply for food stamps. Even if you move to another state, this rule still applies to most states that are participating in the wavier program.
However one thing strikes me as odd. Many people appear to be slaves to their landlords, paying ever increasing rents while wages continue to stagnate.
The only true free man is one who owns his own land and does not pay property taxes or drives unnecessarily. Therefore I have made the decision to continue living outdoors while I work. Think about how much money I will have leftover by not paying rent, gas or car expenses. I will than use this money to purchase land in a location free of property taxes and being the sole owner I will be debt / slave free.
I see this also happening in the world of business. If a person has a home office, and is deriving income from his or her business and is not paying money to a landlord for a commercial building, that person is avoiding the same debt/slave mindset.
Therefore I am hereby going to adopt the same reasoning. Live outdoors, save my income and purchase my own land where I can vastly increase my savings, compared to if I had to pay rent/car expenses etc.
So in summary we see that the majority of people have been brainwashed into obeying their landlord and living while living on the edges of poverty, whereas the real freedom is leaning to adapt to your living conditions and taking advantage of the opportunities that exist around you to grow truly wealthy.

In early May I received a letter from the California Department of Revenue stating I owed more than $5,000 in back taxes. Considering I live in Oregon I can only figure this was a character assassination attempt to destroy me as I slowly work my way out of being homeless. The state of california than drained the money out of my bank account, so I closed it. I will continue to ignore their pathetic attempts to destroy me and continue on growing. I mean who has the morals and values to do such a thing to someone that has no car, is homeless, and now no longer has a bank account. After opening a new bank account in Oregon, I have not had any problems.

Why People are Insecure about Homeless People
In other countries other than the USA the homeless are unconditionally accepted. No one begrudged a beggar begging. In the USA they are seen A's criminals and shamed. Most, but not all Americans believe there's something personally wrong with homeless people or that they are mentally I'll. So subconsciously the homeless are blamed for their circumstances, to make them responsible for their poverty. This is done so some Americans can distance themselves from their misery. In the USA poverty is seen as coming from character defects, not flaws in the local economic system. Therefore being poor is seen as sociably unacceptable.

I AM NOW FIRMLY CONVINCED THAT BANK OF AMERICA DOES NOT WANT PEOPLE TO SUCCEED IN THIS COUNTRY OR MAKE SOMETHING OF THEMSELVES. I believe this is because they have a policy of keeping people poor, so that they don't wake up to what they are doing behind the scenes. Also they probably are still of the old belief system that the more people are kept in poverty, the less chance there will be of riots and social disturbance, when in fact the opposite is true. The more poor people you have, and when they wake up to the corruption that is occurring, than they have sowed the seeds of their own fate.

Tried opening a face book account today. But they "locked" my account because I do not have a phone number. Is this the start of Facism in the USA? I also tried to sell my items on E-bay again, and after uploading pictures, getting everything correctly positioned, at the very end they asked for my phone number. So I now add E-bay to my list of facist organizations that I will never do business with.

Well it is now early December 2012, and finally my food stamps "expired" after 1 year. During this one year period, my caseworker never even contacted me or talked to me and on the day that I was kicked off of food stamps I did not even receive a letter stating that they were going to be terminated. I have also noticed that others that were kicked off of food stamps were starting to beg in the streets. So we can expect to see more people begging for money and food in the streets in the years ahead, as after 1 year, you no longer can receive food stamps in California.

Avoid the following:
Being near or present in alleyways
Riding on unfamiliar streets or roadways, especially empty or deserted streets
Stay on busy, well travelled, traversed roads
Never ride late at night
Always return to safe spot before 8 p.m. and no later
Avoid empty parks
Avoid areas with a high / obvious police presence
Avoid reading all news media and local newspapers
Dress down
Do not look successfull or that you carry cash
Cast an outward appearance of not being independently successfull
Obey all traffic signals when riding through intersections or be more aware of any police presence in these areas
Do not talk to or assemble with unknown strangers

This week I decided to start selling on Amazon.com, you know that free enterprise cherished marketplace where "anyone" can make it big time, starting from scratch.
For the past 6 months I have been selling my own written hardcover paperback books on Amazon.com created through the free CreateSpace.com network I had no problems, but when I started to start selling actual physical items on Amazon.com, it was a whole different story. Never mind I have a confirmed bank account on Amazon.com, never mind I have a confirmed e-mail address on Amazon.com, never mind I have been selling my books through Amazon.com for the past 6 months.
So to sell a physical item check out their "qualification" process. Because I am so poor, I don't own a cell phone, nor do I live in a state that qualifies me for a free Obama cell phone. So what Amazon wants people to do is to is this:
Amazon actually will call your home phone and ask you to enter a "secret code" they give you. When you answer the phone, you than enter in their secret code to confirm you are who they "think" you are. I don't have to do this on Etsy.com though. This is another example KF how corporations want to keep you in poverty and don't want anyone getting themselves out of poverty, but instead prefer you just keep sucking on the welfare system. Considering we as an American society are now shifting over to a digital economy, expect to see more people staying poor, due to these corporate induced handicaps.

Well today, I finally got "confirmed" on Amazon.com. Because I still do not have a phone, I had to go to a local motel, and tell them I was waiting for a phone call from a friend so that I could book into the motel later on. What Amazon does is call your phone personally, so Amazon.com called the motel phone, and I had the clerk enter Amazons confirmation number. This than gave me access to sell on Amazon.com. NOW I KNOW EXACTLY HOW NEO FELT WHEN HE WAS ABLE TO GAIN CONTROL OVER THE MATRIX.
My Experience with E-Bay:
Years ago when I sold my laptop on E-bay, when I once trusted E-Bay, I was homeless, as I have been going on 6 years now. Anyway every detail I described about the laptop was correct, except I never had a measuring tape to get the exact dimensions, so I entered an approximate measurement, which I thought was correct. When the person received the laptop, they went nuts because the dimensions were not big enough. So E-Bay said give them a refund, because I had no physical mailing address, I could not receive the laptop back. So check this out, E-Bay cancelled my account and than gave the person their refund. My E-Bay account had over 8,000 positive customer feedbacks from the past 7 years when I had thriving business on E-Bay when I had a place to live.
These are examples where the free democratic system is starting to clash with the digital online world of commerce. What good is a democracy if you can't actively participate in it? or when trust is non-existent?
One of the main reasons we recovered from the great depression was because the tools necessary for self-sufficiency were readily available and accessible to all regardless of income or demographic. There were no corporate hurdles to overcome. You could manufacture your own products at home, than sell them to your local supermarket. Today you need insurance before you can sell your item in a store, today you must have a telephone and bank account and fixed mailing address before you can sell your product at any of the big Internet retailers.
These companies stress "free opportunity for anyone wanting to start a business of their own and build the American dream. What they don't tell you is that if you are economically handicapped, they will do all they can to see your dream fail.
There is going to be no economic recovery, there can't be based on the way this system has been built. Instead we are going to see a rise of a situation that we are seeing in Greece, all intentional all for control.
My Experience with Paypal:
When I first started selling on E-bay, I had to use Paypal. I do not use paypal anymore. Here is what happened to me when I used paypal, and I was homeless while I tried to fill my customers orders:
This statement is in response to paypal not investigating theft occurring from my customers bank accounts. Starting in July customers ordered products through my website, money was deducted from their bank accounts and no money was received into my account. What ended up happening is customers are bitching at me and not at paypals responsibility to investigate the missing funds. All last names have been withheld for privacy.
Starting with Mr. Herman K I received an order for one bottle of my Industrial Strength Natural Air Freshener. After sending an e-mail to paypal asking why no money was received in my account, they stated that we can find no transaction of this occurring. Thinking it was a spoof e-mail, I dismissed it. Than again on August 24th, I received another e-mail from paypal saying I had an order of 1 two oz bottle of Multipurpose First Aid Liquid. Once again I contacted paypal about this transaction, and they gave me the same reply. No transaction of this occurred.
Anyway the customer started calling my voicemail account about this transaction. I thought hmmm, if this was a spoof e-mail order, surely the person would not confront the issue. So I asked her to contact paypal, and once again, paypal said it was a clerical error.
Than Ms. Charlene M contacted me about 1 Gallon of Multipurpose Spray. She was told by paypal that my account was unverified. If this is true, how come I have been receiving multiple transactions over the past year through this account.
What has happened is sometime during July, my paypal account stopped receiving funds from my customers. By October I finally removed all paypal buttons from my account and replaced them with Google checkout buttons.
Paypal refuses to investigate my customers missing funds, and in part, has hurt the reputation of my business. But most of all the major disservice paypal has done was to loose trust in their customers. Trust that for many years worked for my business, has now had to be removed due to their failure to investigate this theft .
This is just one example that the corporate system is clearly serving itself, rather than the needs of its customers and not maintaining fair business practice across its spectrum of operations.

Total Outstanding Charges: $111.00 has been stolen from my customers over a period of 2 months and has not been deposited into my account so I can ship their items. Clearly this money is going somewhere, but yet, Paypal refuses to investigate this matter.
I did the right thing, I contacted paypal, my customers and in the end fired paypal from my website, and most of all am informing all future customers by publishing this incident for all future customers of mine to read and judge for themselves paypals irresponsibility....
I'm one for giving business their freedom, however when you get so big, and start ignoring misuse of trust such as this, surely some sort of oversight is necessary. Paypal boasts 91 million customers. All this power with no independent commission overseeing such a large number of daily transactions? or investigating disputes? What has happened here?

Now I can fully understand and see that Landlords derive their power from submitting people to pay rent. This includes property taxes from cities. When you don't pay these "bribes" as I call them, they don't have that power over you. So the homeless are truly more free than the working class economic slave.
I have also found over the years that brand new Old Navy clothing has been left at bus stops for people to pick up. I have also noted some homeless people wearing this new Old Navy clothing.
Also while being here in Santa Monica, CA, which is a place that people despise and hate the homeless, there was a serial killer targeting the homeless population. It was only after the federal government was notified of the serial killings that the city finally decided to "solve" the crime. Here is the article:

Update November 2012: I finally was able to make my way back to the United States (where I was born) and start an income for myself. One of the most interesting things is that because I am homeless the bank that I use (bank of America) discovered that I was using the post office for my mail because my mail was being returned to the bank as the post office here in the U.S.A. refused to hold my mail anymore. So when the mail was being returned to the bank, they actually physically called the post office on two different occasions trying to verify that this was my home address. When that did not work, they put a “hold” on my bank account and then in front of my face closed it.
Note to all Bank of America Customers: Bank of America Will Call The Post Office To Verify Your Address and Close Your Account if Necessary
So now I am using my funds to rent a mailbox service, which costs me about $20.00 a month. So luckily I was able to reopen my bank account at bank of America with my new mailbox and I never told them that it is a service that holds peoples mail. I had to lie to the bank that I have a place to live to open my bank account as they don’t open accounts for people who do not have a physical address. So in conclusion, if you come over to America thinking that you can make yourself from nothing, think again, it’s a whole different ball game this century, and the corporations act like you don’t exist and don’t want to even know you if you have nothing. What’s more if you are truly working and trying to better yourself, they don’t care about your succeeding and making this country better, they just are more interested in breeding themselves a new class of mindless slaves.

Update July 2012. Continued from March 2012. LIVING IN THE FOREST INCIDENT. Thank you to whoever made my ticket "disappear". 48 hours before my scheduled re-appearance for this ridiculous camping in the forest "charge", I went to the courthouse to set the appointment (I would never have paid the fine anyway), and showed them my driver's license, because I could not find the ticket citation number. The clerk looked at me and said, "I don't have any record of your citation, or your "schedule to re-appear". So I just told her that it was a mistake and that I must have already taken care of it. Even if I went before the judge, I still would have steadfastly refused to pay such a high amount of money for such a ludicrous ticket. Thank you.
UPDATE 2012. Because the United States Post Office stopped holding my mail after 10 working days (it only does this once), I am unable to receive my tax form to mail into the City of Los Angeles, therefore I have no way of paying my taxes. Just think if the post office actually held mail, even for 10 days, (I pick it up every 10 days), I would be able to pay my taxes. This is one big reason why many homeless people can't even afford to pay taxes and the states are out of money and bankrupt, they just don't think of the common person anymore.
Update April 27th, 2012. Went to court today and received a fine of $259.00 with 2 months to pay it. I still live in the forest, but now I am so inaccessible, the only way to get to my sleeping spot is by helicopter.
Update: March 2012. LIVING IN THE FOREST. While living in the forest at my current location for 3 months, someone complained (for no reason), I light no campfires, am neat and keep the place clean. Anyway the "park police" came, and didn't even issue a warning, just a ticket. Now I have to appear in Malibu Court in Early May. There were 2 park police, plus a "human tracker" that "hunts" people who live in the forest. These "hunters" are used for pot growers etc.. They also cited a bunch of my other "forest neighbours" who also lived nearby. Once again, how much money do you think the City of Malbu spent in responding to the complaint, sendint out a team of 3 people, returning to the locaion a few days later to double check to see that I was gone (I really only moved on down the road), and so on. Once again, another useless waste of taxpayer money for someone not endangering anyone or anything, rather living in harmony with nature, and trying to get out of the mess he is in. The amount of money cities spend kicking out homeless, they could just give to them to find decent housing. No wonder the cities and counties are broke. Below I have posted a picture of my citation.
For those of you thinking I am some uneducated bum, I have 1 year of university and 3 years of trade school. I can't go back to university because I haven't paid my student loan, I received from 14 years ago. There is no time limit, so in the United States, if you want to upgrade your skills due to a downturn in the economy, you can't do it unless you "pay off your student debt". So I am skilled, but have no recent skills and can't return to school to learn new ones.
An interesting observation is that here in the United States, they house, feed and clothe "Alcoholics" in an Alcoholics Anonymous Brainwash Treatment Program". These "Alcoholics" receive 3 square meals a days with full housing, in some cases with private rooms. The organization receives federal funds as treating the people for alcoholism as well as local funding. They rent houses, than subject the residents to a brainwashing "12 step program". Now many of these people are homeless when they go into these "programs", why don't they just house homeless people the same way? They won't because they want to "re-educate" them, thinking that being homeless is some kind of "biological error".
Here is my original story
I am a homeless person living in the mountains. I have been homeless now for 2 years and 4 months. I support myself via making my own products. I don't take welfare, but always make enough for food and supplies to make my items. I am homeless in one of the U.S. owned islands in the south pacific.
For all of you reading this one of the key points that broke my cycle of "poverty/homelessness" is there is no such thing as poverty. I always had enough money for food, even when I wasn't on food stamps (I made my own stuff and sold it). I always had clothing, as many people will just throw away clothing on the side of the road. And I was always warm. So the basic necessities I always was provided for. Poverty is only a state of mind. Whenever I thought I did not have the bare necessities, they never "appeared". However when I kept the state of mind that everything I need would always be provided, as long as I had trust and faith in the universe, as long as I thought of myself as prosperous and successful, even in the smallest acts of success, monetary prosperity flows freely like a never ending river of water.
Having clear cut defined goals, someone who believes in you and not being afraid to jump on opportunities when they present themselves also helps.
One thing I do recommend if u are homeless is a good sturdy flashlight, especially the LED type as the batteries in these types can last for literally weeks. This is because you will find yourself returning to your place after dark.
Another very important key point is to spend as little time as possible in the area you sleep at. This means leaving your sleeping area in the early morning and than returning at dusk. This is because people will always happen upon your sleeping area, even in the remotest areas. If you do research you will find that even "bigfoot" or "saqquatch" the areas that he and/or his Sleeping areas are found. It's amazing the elusive Bigfoot, who has never been photographed or captured has always had his sleeping areas discovered. There is something about remaining in a certain space for long periods of time during the day that becomes magnetic to outsiders. That is why if you are going to sleep on the forest or live in an established area "rent free" always leave a dawn and return at dusk. I would always separate my belongings such as storing clothing 100 ft from where I put my tent would be 200ft from where I keep my belongings and so forth. Most of all I discovered that when you make the place look like a pile of trash, there would be less chance of anybody going through it. I believe that was one of my earliest mistakes was making my living area look like the Swiss family Robinson house. By doing this I had my belongings gone through multiple times. However when I made the area look like an abandoned campsite, they left the area alone. Quite interesting, in this day and age, people still don't respect others property, it seems if you are homeless, especially more so.
The majority of visitors I had to my site were mainly tourists, any many of the overseas tourists such as Germans, Australians and so forth were very understanding of the problem of homelessness in the United States, and most of the developed countries such as France, Canada and Australia have successfully wiped out the problem of homelessness.
So in summary greed and a false belief system that there is never enough causes poverty. The opposite cures it, being that you will always be looked after as long as you think of yourself as successful and acknowledge even the smallest situations that contribute to success. It truly is the smallest things that have the most power.
I've had my bike stolen 2 times, badly tore skin from my forehead twice from low hanging tree branches, and have battled unspeakably powerful wind and rains.
The most amazing part about living in the highlands on this island is that after a while the land looks after you ie; I have planted Goji Berry trees and have plenty of fresh water. and have excellent sanitary conditions - the only danger I encounter are the people, especially at night and most of all young teenage men.
From my experiences with the cops as well as the dept. of wildlife, I appreciate their not "beating" up the homeless as occurs in metro areas in the U.S.A. However the main "threat" to the homeless in the islands has be the city and it's officials.
In one incident in one of our island cities, a homeless man was beaten to death waiting for a bus. The city conducts "homeless" sweeps by removing them from sidewalk areas, as well as from abandoned or areas that have little commercial use or value. it costs the city on average $80,000 to do a "sweep".
Churches and religious organizations have zero interest in helping the homeless and are nothing more than social clubs with their Sunday services based on a lie. The few that do help treat the homeless like 3rd class citizens. In Oregon they have to take TB tests, like they are some sort of animal.
Also at times the city will put out an awareness campaign to "report" locations of where homeless persons are located, thus fueling hate, or increasing the disrespect for those less fortunate than others.
One of the greatest offenses has been corporate websites like eBay and craigslist. Many times I had stuff I could have sold on these sites to bring in a little needed cash, bit due to their "must have verifiable phone number" policy I was always left out of selling items on these sites. It is sad to see corporations such as these "filtering" out the homeless like they are some kind of disease in society.
Other than that as long as you mind your own business and don't harass anyone, steal or damage stuff, life is practically simple and stress free.
It is my opinion because people are so emotional attached to their possessions having to work 80hrs a week to make ends meet, they lose perspective that life is meant to be enjoyed, especially the simple pleasures. This "lack" is what most homeless people have. There is no emotional drive, because they don't pay rent or bills, or support a family, which is the emotional driving force for most people today. An excellent analogy of this is the 911 incident, where the emotional loss and pain spurned trillions on military spending. The emotional impact from 911 gave the government an emotional driving force to suspend freedoms and spend trillions on security new military hardware and spurn attacks on eastern cultures.
So in summary life in America anyway is constantly teaching you new tricks to keep you from being homeless. As long as you obey the "tricks" in life to staying off the street you'll be fine. This proves that the whole financial system is one giant Ponzi scheme, designed to make economic slaves so the top 1% live off the sweat of the 99% working population. One excellent example is comfortably living off the interest of 1 billion dollars, while a working family pays off a 30 year mortgage.
One very interesting observation, for about a year I would read educational books of general interest at night. Than about 8 months ago I started reading media publications such as newsweek, time magazine etc. What I discovered was that when I read these media magazines, the local insects/bugs such as ants and other pests would attack and enter my tent. This got so bad that the ants ate through my tent floor. Something that has never happened. So I tried an experiment, for 3 months as soon as I finished reading the media magazines, I would immediately throw them outside my tent, and at other times not read the magazines for days at a time. When I did this, and read the educational material instead, the vicious insect attacks ceased. This I believe has been one of the most interesting observations during my period of living in the forest. Now I fully understand why motels/hotels have a copy of the bible in their rooms next to the bed, being spiritual educational literature, it "keeps" the media insects at bay. Maybe this is the reason liquor stores and newsstands are always getting robbed. How often do you hear of a university textbook store being robbed at gunpoint? A note to all you liquor stores and newsstands, if you want to stop getting robbed, fill your book racks with educational, learning materials, and I guarantee your business won't be a target for hold ups.
Twice, that I know of people have entered my camp and gone through my stuff. At times when people approach me when I am "home" they won’t go through my stuff, but tend to ignore me.
I currently camp out in a very remote region that is in the U.S national park system. so I am not on anyone’s private property.
