I purchased these headphones just from reviews here, but got quite disappointed; bass is OK, mids are OK, but highs are... I can not describe, stop, muffled. If you tune in to music for day or two, you realise that something is wrong with hihats in music, whether it's rock, dance, disco. They're a long way away and muffled, as though cutoff frequency is scheduled to 14 kHz or lower. I believe it's something connected to earpads, maybe the ear is way too far from drivers to sound right. When earpads removed, there exists almost no bass, highs can be a bit better, but sound is tiny. I disagree concerning the best sounding bit for 10$ - they sound as bad every other cheap headphones, often there is something missing with these. Pressure they put on ears is solid, same goes with the isolation. Too bad concerning the sound.
