Helping Hand's Greatest Needs Fund

Dear friend

Do you do good works for others and want to receive valuable gifts for doing them? If you're kind and will help those truly in need, a long established and endowed love and kindness focused church wants to encourage our helping others in need by rewarding good works to those who need most and who can be most efficiently helped.

Helping Hand Christ's Way Church helps those most in need to obtain safe shelter, transportation, education, work, and other needs through its "Greatest Needs" fund (GNF). Through HHC's Greatest Needs fund that seeks to deliver to our most needy, fund supporters provide their needs to those unable to provide for themselves. The "Greatest Needs" fund consists of entitlements to money, money and other property gifts to Helping Hand by inviters, supporters, sponsors, and many others.

You can help generally or for your specified needs purpose, or even for named persons by your good works in donating to and especially by helping us raise finds for Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund to do so. We know of no other fund in the US that enables you to lawfully deduct your donations on your income tax returns and designate the specific program or person to be helped, and the terms of help. This enables you to focus your giving to help a dependent person you love through Helping Hand's Greatest Needs fund, at far less cost than creating and administering a trust for them. By helping us raise the crucially needed "Greatest Needs" funds to help our most needy, you can benefit them, including those you select, and you can also incidentally benefit yourself.

On a member recommendation HHCC has awarded you Good Works 1,000 points for your evidenced help in volunteer work and in raising the crucially needed funds to provide a place for those most in need to be safely out of the wet, freezing and killing outdoors. If you become a HHCC Supporter or Inviter member and open a Good Works point account you will be able to use your 1,000 points without your having to later recount your good works and donate $50 for HHCC to verify your points. You can become a HHCC member and open your Good Works points account by completing and mailing the below information form and including your check or money order for $100 to HHCC at Box 1661, Milwaukee, WI 53201.

You can alternately register your name, address, contact and any chosen "inviter" pseudonym by your $20 or greater donation to Helping Hand and then be able to start accounting for your earned but not taxable Good Works point for each dollar of your own donations and for every $5 of donations for membership, accounts and our Greatest Needs fund by every donor you directly invite to do so that includes your pseudonym or inviter member information with their donation. Then, you by a copy of this letter or by your own added or other writing you postal mail or e-maiol this to those you think or know are good works doers and so qualified to be HHCC participants. Or you may homne them and tirect them to our website at www.hhccm.angelfire.com, where our letter, application and information can be seen.

You and those you invite can also complete and mail us the HHCC membership and account application with your donation of over $100 to become a HHCC supporter or inviter member with a Good Works points account. As a member you will get valuable scriptural, prayer and other help from HHCC and its Enrichments and Freedom Colleges of its Truth University and also be eligible for annual $1,000 of USD Good Works entitlements for each 1,000 of your account points. USD Good Works entitlements are gifts in its sole discretion from a long existing unaffiliated church that supports HHCC's Greatest Needs fund and programs for those most in need who can most efficiently (ie. in greatest numbers) be helped.

Like Nobel and MacArthur prizes, these USD Good Works entitlements awards to you are are non-taxable gifts of US dollars that, like limitedly redeemable gold backing the dollar, the issuer redeems for HHCC. You can use USD Good Works entitlements awards for additional donations to Helping Hand's Greatest Needs fund (and deduct your donation on your taxes) or you can convert them to Good Works units or dollars in a HHCC GWU or GWD account. For an added donation you can transfer your points to any other HHCC member who has an account, and similarly extend their expiration time.

USD Good Works entitlements and dollars are not generally usable but have real cash value, and are taxable when they are earned instead of being received as a gift, including by sponsors or partners for gifts of goods or services. GW entitlements are tax deductible donations to HHCC, the issuer's sole ultimate redeemer of them. Oppositely, HHCC's Good Works convertible points, and usable Good Works account units and dollars are tax free, even when earned. That's because by IRS rules they are HHCC's moral obligations, and not legally enforceable money in commerce. GWUs and GWDs are intended to be used for general or specific purpose or person home, earning, education, transportation and other Greatest Needs help provided by Helping Hand or by affiliates. USD Good Works entitlements converted to a Good Works dollar account are intended to additionally be usable at participating HHCC GNF sponsors and partners to pay for all or for their agreed portion or limit of goods and services their businesses sell to the public.

You can register as a Helping Hand Support member by completing your application and mailing it to HHCC at Box 1661, Milwaukee, WI 53201 with your $100+ donation to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs fund with it, so you can immediately start earning points for your good works in helping those most in need and in easily getting others to also help them.

Or you can complete and mail the application and contribute over $20 and become a HHCC registered Inviter. For a later added $50 donation you can then open and maintain a Good Works points account in which HHCC records your Good Works points. Without your Good Works points account, you instead of HHCC must account for your points and make a donation for its later review to determine your good works points for your own contributing and from your directly inviting others who contribute to the Helping Hand Greatest Needs fund or who become HHCC members. As a HHCC higher level sustainer member you are also able to register to build a team and be awarded a Good Works point for each US $25 in money or its equivalent in property that your team members directly invite non-team members to donate to the Greatest Needs fund.

HHCC also has exclusive programs for person, group and business members. Its emergency needs donation program enables donors with later income loss or expense increase emergencies to borrow great amounts of their earlier donations. Will you be in the few elect that Christ says He will save for their good works, or will you stay among the many deceived, not chosen? (Mt. 16:27, 22:14, and 24:24)

YOU BENEFIT AS A "GOOD WORKS" FOR HELPING HAND'S "GREATEST NEEDS" FUND SUPPORTER,
AMBASSADOR, SPONSOR, PARTNER OR PATRON HHCC MEMBER

Good works supporters donate to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund to help first those who most need and are unable to help themselves accomplish what they need, all consistent with helping the greatest number of people with available resources. Donations are fully tax deductible and will be able to be made by purchasing Greatest Needs donation receipts at authorized sponsors or by check or money order mailed directly to HHCC or the Helping Hand Greatest Needs fund at Box 1661, Milwaukee, WI 53201, or by emailing your checking account bank name, account name, your check number, bank routing information and the amount you are donating to HHCCM@mail.org together with the amount you choose to donate. Supporters are entitled to a Good Works point for each dollar donated. Without being a HHCC member and having a HHCC Good Works units account, supporters must keep the records of their Good Works points to later open their own Good Works unit account.

Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund sponsors enable you to help our most needy with your donations by purchasing "Helping Hand Greatest Needs" receipt cards at their businesses. Your receipt should state that you have purchased a "Helping Hand Greatest Needs fund" donation so that you can deduct the amount as a charitable contribution on your income taxes if you choose to and should show your Good Works points. Donation card amounts will usually start at $30 amounts for a half night for a homeless person and $50 amounts for a homeless person full night of shelter and processing costs. Larger amounts may also be available, or supporters can make fully tax deductible donations by check or money order mailed directly to HHCC or the "Helping Hand Greatest Needs" fund at Box 1661, Milwaukee, WI 53201, or by emailing the amount you choose to donate together with your checking account bank name, account name, your check number and the bank routing information to HHCCM@mail.org.

Helping Hand Greatest Needs fund sponsor partners are sponsors that also provide agreed benefits to Helping Hand Greatest Needs supporters who make their donations through them. Partners' arrangements can vary, but to encourage you to be a Helping Hand Greatest Needs supporter, partner sponsors will usually return all or even more than all of your Helping Hand "Greatest Needs" fund donation amount to you in purchase credits on a receipt stated purchase amount from them. By tutoring for tuition, Helping Hand's Enrichments College's Multipliers program helps design and provide one or more marketing and loyalty programs to Partners. This encourages Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund partners to both support Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" to the most needy fund while also supporting their business and their ability to help our needy, which we encourage you to do by supporting HHCC and repeatedly patronizing them. We're all in our world, and unlike Cain, are all helped by becoming our brothers' keepers.

Helping Hand welcomes inquiries from all who would like to become Patrons, Partners and Sponsors of its Greatest Needs fund, as well as from Supporters and Ambassadors who want to learn how to donate and help more and to seek to receive more rewards for their helping support Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund and its dependent beneficiaries with their money, GW points and time.

Helping Hand "Greatest Needs" fund Supporters may choose to qualify and become HHCC Support members. HHCC Support members include Ambassadors who invite others to do good works as Inviters, and as Helper, Sustainer and Coordinator members and Support members who either donate to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund or who perform significant volunteer work who may have HHCC "Good Works" points, or units or entitlement accounts, without being HHCC Ambassadors inviting and helping others to do good works. "Good Works" points are earned by your own donations and by a part of the donations of others you invite or help to donate to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund or who perform significant volunteer work for it. "Good Works" points are not accounted for by HHCC until the person entitled to them becomes a HHCC support, helper or higher level member and also opens a "Good Works" units or dollars account and makes a donation to cover administration costs. HHCC administers the Helping Hand "Greatest Needs" fund and the qualifying HHCC members "Good Works" earned units and gift entitlement accounts.

Additionally, each year Sentient Free Church (SFC) selects HHCC Support and other members doing good works to receive or be offered $1,000 (up to $30,000 for qualified, requesting Mega Supporter members) of "Good Works" entitlements as SFC alone decides. Gift recipients are selected and are given such "Good Works" entitlements by SFC for their past good works and to induce future good works, including donations to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund. SFC isn't a member, affiliate, integrated auxiliary or other part of, or controlled by Helping Hand. Its gifts are made solely in its own discretion according to its policies which are not legally binding on it and that it alone can change. SFC gifts are not made by and their making is not controlled or influenced in any way by HHCC, and may be made to others who aren't HHCC members as chosen by SFC. HHCC only administers SFC's gifts of "Good Works" entitlements for HHCC and for its integrated auxiliaries and affiliates "Greatest Needs" fund Supporters who SFC alone chooses on the basis of their good works to receive them as gifts to encourage their good works. HHCC requests donations by Support or higher level members "Greatest Needs" fund supporters (10% or more of the "Good Works entitlement" amount) to service HHCC member account "Good Works" entitlement gifts. HHCC may sell its members various entitlements given it. All donation amounts are tax deductible, and except for proceeds from "Good Works" entitlement given to HHCC itself, after service costs are paid, all amounts become "Greatest Needs" fund donations. HHCC and SFC are defined 501(c)(3) tax exempt churches.

GOOD WORKS AMBASSADOR INVITERS & HELPERS DO GOOD WORKS & INVITE OR HELP OTHERS
TO DO GOOD WORKS & MAY BE GIVEN GOOD WORKS ENTITLEMENTS

Good works supporters can become good works Ambassadors by encouraging others' good works, including by the others donations to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund. By inviting, soliciting and helping others to donate to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund and by themselves qualifying and becoming HHCC Support members, and by encouraging others to do so, supporters can become good works Ambassador Inviters, Helpers, Sustainers or Contributors and other HHCC members to further help those in need and also help themselves by their helping those most in need. As morally obligated only, and not as a legally enforceable obligation, SFC's policy is to treat all noticing, motivating and successes in supporting and in getting others to support Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund to be good works, and worthy of being rewarded. Good works Ambassadors can as Inviters, Helpers, Sustainers or Contributors further these goals and perform good works in many different ways and in several different formats and earn non-taxable "Good Works" points, which members can convert to "Good Works" account units that HHCC accounts for.

Good works supporter donors to the "Greatest Needs" fund may and are encouraged to on their own initiative by email, postal mail or by public or private notices, including by your own web-pages or eBay or other ads be Inviters, Helpers, Sustainers or Contributors Ambassadors of good works.

As a good works Inviter Ambassador one invites others to donate to the Helping Hand "Greatest Needs" fund and to qualify and become HHCC Support or higher level members. Inviters may for a $20 donation register their (a) name, (b) postal and (c) email addresses with HHCC, and if they choose they can also (d) request an HHCC code name or number to have those they invite use. Registering Inviters donation is intended to cover HHCC's costs of registering them. Inviters should then try to be sure that their chosen HHCC registered identity appears on all of their direct invitees' donations to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund and on all of their directly invited donor's applications to earn "Good Works" points. They can later qualify and be HHCC Helper or higher level HHC members. Inviters must keep their own records of those they directly inform, encourage, motivate and succeed in having become Helping Hand "Greatest Needs" fund donors and HHCC qualifying and registered Help or higher level members to further perform the good works of helping those most in need. HHCC keeps application records for a year but will not do any accounting of the memberships or the "Greatest Needs" fund donations made by those directly motivated by any Inviters who do not also become Help or higher level HHCC members and also make donations covering HHCC's costs of obtaining the accountings.

Inviters not choosing to become registered HHCC Help members and make adequate contributions to HHCC for accounting for their directly motivated "Greatest Needs" fund donors and qualifying HHCC Help members may once a year before November 15th, submit their own records to HHCC, with a donation sufficient to enable it to verify these in its records. Inviters are awarded a "Good Works" point for each dollar they donate and for 20% of the donations they directly invite and 4% of those they indirectly through other direct invites help obtain. "Good Works" points can be converted to "Good Works" units in an HHCC recorded account by the supporter and inviter becoming a HHCC member and opening a "Good Works" units account. Supporters and inviters can demonstrate their good works to SFC on this basis and request a solely in SFC's discretion "Good Works" entitlement gift. SFC "Good Works" entitlement gifts to Inviters are not recorded by HHCC until the "Good Works" Supporter or Inviter Ambassador donor to the "Greatest Needs" fund qualifies and becomes a HHCC support or higher level member and opens a "Good Works" units account and separately a "Good Works" entitlements account.

Good works Ambassadors can choose to register with HHCC as either Supporters or Inviters, or by qualifying register as HHCC Helper members. Helper members should make sufficient contributions to HHCC for it to account for only their own identified as directly motivated "Greatest Needs" fund donors and direct HHCC qualified support members. HHCC Helper members on their own initiative, by email, postal mail or by public or private notices, including by their own web-pages or eBay or other ads, try to help others donate to the Helping Hand "Greatest Needs" fund and qualify and become HHCC support members.

In addition to receiving HHCC "Good Works" points, HHCC Support, Inviter and Helper members' will likely be further rewarded by SFC. For their good works in helping to directly motivate others to donate to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund and to qualify and become HHCC Helper or higher level members, as a legally non binding policy that is solely in its discretion, SFC freely gifts to its registered Ambassador Inviters who have become HHCC Help members about 20% of their directly motivated "Good Works" entitlements. These are gifted to them only in accounts administered by HHCC. HHCC policy is that without special negotiated exception, it does not allow more than $30,000 of "Good Works" entitlements to be donated annually to an account for any individual. Exceptions can be agreed to for certain sponsors and coordinators of "Greatest Needs" fund donations, and will be considered for others on a mutually agreed basis. HHCC Helper members who are with or without request given more than the $30,000 limit (or any amount) of "Good Works" entitlement, and who have more than that amount expiring in any year in their HHCC account, may on their own agreed terms with the transferees, transfer their "Good Works" entitlements to other HHCC member "Good Works" entitlement account owners. Transfers require a donation to HHCC of the amount required to cover its costs for each entitlement transferred by it. "Good Works" entitlement account owners may at the same time or later also extend the expirations of their "Good Works" entitlement amounts in accord with SFC's policies administered by HHCC.

HHCC MEMBERS OPPORTUNITIES TO EARN MORE AS HHCC OPPORTUNITIES MEMBERS

Major Supporter, Sponsor, Inviter, Helper and Sustainer members who personally contribute over $1,000 and directly invite a total of at least 7 other persons who donate an annual total with theirs of $7,000 annually to the "Greatest Needs" fund to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund annually, are eligible to apply and if otherwise qualified become a HHCC Opportunities Member. HHCC Opportunities members are eligible to enroll in Enrichment's College Investments tuition courses and HHCC Investment Clubs. The combination of these should enable Opportunities members to earn 15% or more annually on their invested capital by very conservative investments, with only limited stock market speculations and holdings that have led to large losses to many. Opportunities members who become Sustainer members, can also earn great incomes by becoming successful HHCC Coordinator members to create business and real estate development ventures and by leading HHCC Investment Clubs.

Opportunities and coordinator member Enrichment's College enrollees start with the personal, family and society fundamenal security and continuity courses to be able to plan for their own best life and economic well-being, and the means of minimizing and best meeting risks. No other known school truthfully or even at all teaches this basic evaluation, and choosing your preparation, vocation and location based upon its outcome. This may be the most important benefit to our members and students. Opportunities members and coordinator members may also attend tax deductible tax seminars and be able to join HHCC and its affiliates in commencing new or relocated enterprises that are more secure and profitable, and that entitle them to tax deductible travel to more pleasant climate locations. HHCC's Freedom College affiliate also teaches ways to lawfully greatly reduce personal and business income taxes in many situations. Real property taxes may also be significanty reduced.

BECOMING SUSTAINER MEMBERS TO ALSO DO GOOD WORKS THROUGH YOUR TEAM MEMBERS

Good works supporters donating to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund or becoming HHCC Support, Help or higher level other members can, on achieving at least $5,000 of directly motivated "Greatest Needs" fund donations and at least 12 HHCC members donations also become a HHCC Sustainer member. A HHCC sustainer does all the direct good works of a Help member, and in addition builds a team to perform even more good works, including helping obtain even more "Greatest Needs" fund donations from still others by their team's invited supporters. HHCC Sustainer's team members are those who the Sustainers informs and motivate to encourage "Greatest Need" fund donations and to become HHCC members by spreading awareness of and motivating and helping them to become HHCC Support or other members to invite others to join in doing good works, including donating to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund to help those most in need and being HHCC members. Sustainers do good works by both directly and indirectly encouraging their team support members to also do good works. Sustainers earn good works points for 4% of their support team members direct good works in helping others to become HHCC Support or higher level members.

Sustainers and Helpers and Inviter and Supporter HHCC members can convert "Good Works" points into "Good Works" units in their HHCC account. When "Good Works" units in a members account exceed 5,000, HHCC allows them to be used to purchase "Good Works" entitlements it owns. HHCC relates to SFC the good works of its Sustainer and Support members when SFC requests, and for Inviter Ambassadors only when they request and make a donation for the costs of gathering such information.

SUSTAINER MEMBERS MAY BUILD TEAMS TO BECOME COORDINATORS
HAVING OPPORTUNITIES TO BOTH HELP BY GOOD WORKS & TO INDEPENDENTLY EARN

HHCC Sustainer members whose good works assemble their own teams to help benefit those in need and themselves by raising supporter donations for Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund and helping supporters to become HHCC Support members and receive "Good Works" entitlement gifts can apply and qualify to become Helping Hand Coordinator members. Coordinators abide by Helping Hand Church principles and pay tuition to enroll in its Enrichments College integrated auxiliary programs to learn how to arrange ventures with HHCC Sponsors and Patrons, which include fees or interests for the Coordinator, by which they earn or gain. HHCC Helping Hand "Greatest Needs" fund Coordinator members are not employed by or under the direction or control of HHCC or its integrated auxiliaries or affiliates or of non-member and non-affiliated SFC, but are self-employed independent contractors in their Coordinator capacity.

HHCC emergency coordinators offer persons, family groups and sponsors or partner HHCC members the opportunity to donate to HHCC and its general activities under its HHCC's Emergency Needs program. Member;s donations to this program are tax deductable and after one year, if they have a defined income loss or expense increase emergency, they can borrow from a non-affililated lender on then market terms, up to from 72% for businesses to 76.5% for individual and family groups of their year and older donations. If program donating participants agree to set-up and annually donate for the costs of special arrangements, and reduce their borrowing to 62% and 66.5% respectively, they can borrow on pre-arranged terms that include insurance to guarantee the repayment of their emergency needs borrowing and all interest, with all repayment deferred until they pass on, with no taxes. When a multi-year term life policy is added, this beats any whole life plan cash or loan value we know of. When a multi-year term life policy is added, this beats any whole life plan cash or loan value we know of.

HHCC businesses coordinators solicit sponsors and partners to become HHCC members and help raisse funds for the Greatest Needs fund for those most in need and to provide business increases and customer loyalty for sponsors and partners. They enroll in and pay tuition to be trained at Enrichments College and teach its Multipliers courses to their recruited HHCC sponsor members who wish to become partner members to increase their customer loyalty.

All HHCC venture coordinators must be HHCC Sustainer members, and have directly invited 100 qualified and enrolled new HHCC support or higher level members, and as a Sustainer have a team of at least 12, which team members have successfully invited 200 additional qualified and registered new HHCC support or higher level members. Coordinator candidates obtain special training at Helping Hand's Enrichments College to learn how to be able to solicit and create arrangements that provide larger, lower profit margin property, services or income to Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund. These include vehicles, real estate as land, constructed improvements, existing residential or other buildings, and businesses and other equipment. Helping Hand "Greatest Needs" fund Coordinators must qualify and must enroll, pay for and successfully complete the Enrichments College courses that enable them to structure sophisticated HHC proprietary ventures with sponsors and with patrons. These ventures with sponsors and patrons enable the coordinator to be compensated from their retained as agreed interests in the ventures they create, which ventures are intended to enable Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund to acquire needed residential shelter property and teaching, administrative and worship facilities and equipment and furnishings for them, and other assets or income.

HHCC investment coordinators who as Sustainers have a team of over 200 HHCC Support and other level members within 25 miles of their location can also choose to be taught to be HHCC and HHC's Truth University Enrichment's College's Investment Club Coordinators. To be most secure and better earn or gain on their investments, Investment Club Coordinators help HHCC members (including opportunities members) create and join together in HHC and Enrichments College security, continuity and proprietary investment opportunities. Investment Club Coordinators may also arrange agreed ventures with patrons and club members to provide themselves, the club members and HHC and its "Greatest Needs" fund with substantial value assets and incomes. HHCC Coordinators who become Investment Club Coordinators in populated areas should be able to expect to earn significantly high incomes annually from their full time work as a joint with HHC venture and Investment Club Coordinator.

HHCC AFFILIATE MEMBERS

HHCC also registers Affiliate members of two types. Program Affiliate members are organizations that agree to provide program services in shelter, health care, feeding, transportation, employment and other services for those eligible to receive help from Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund and HHCC owned "Good Works" entitlements. Each Program Affiliate is separately qualified and approved, and specifically contracts with HHCC to act as agreed. Program Affiliates may be entitled to participate in HHC ventures or their proceeds, and can receive HHCC owned "Good Works" entitlements gifted to HHCC by SFC for its "Good Works," or at SFC's sole discretion may be gifted "Good Works" entitlements by SFC jointly with HHCC or alone.

Church Affiliates choose affiliating with corporate sole Helping Hand Church (HHC) and HHCC on a similar basis as Program Affiliates. Church Affiliates agree with and operate under HHC's 12 point scriptural doctrine. Church Affiliate's of HHC can receive agreed amounts of HHC and HHCC owned "Good Works" entitlements on an equally shared proceeds basis to use for their own compatible with the "Greatest Needs" fund and their worship and salvation activities.

MANY WAYS TO HELP OTHERS & TO BENEFIT YOURSELF BY HELPING THOSE IN NEED

You can help those most in need and also help yourself in any of the many ways of aiding Helping Hand's "Greatest Needs" fund. Whether as a donating supporter, an enabling sponsor or partner, or a help soliciting inviter or helper of others to donate, or as a sustainer having built or building a team of helpers to obtain donations to help others in greatest need. You are benefited by gifts you invite from others, including patrons and sponsors, and from benefits HHCC offers, including Good Works points, units and dollars, from your Good Works units achievements of opportunities as helpers and sustainers, and from earning opportunities as opportunities members and as coordinators, and as sponsors and partners. Affiliates are also provided ways to further carry out and fund their programs, including by earning. Everyone who desires to can benefit themselves by benefiting others who most need by participating in HHCC's programs, especially its Helping Hand "Greatest Needs" program.

HHCC is the only organization known to us that enables donors to tax deduct their contributions for Good Works units while also donating their units for the use benefit of a specific named person. HHCC does so by giving donors "Good Works" points for their Helping Hand "Greatest Needs" fund donations. On becoming a HHCC member and opening a "Good Works" units account the points can be transferred to any other member with a "Good Works" units account. "Good Works" moral only obligation units can be used to pay for "Greatest Needs" program shelter, education, transportation and other services. The restricted in total and in each merchant amounts, should later be convertible to a "Good Works" dollar account to be usable at sponsoring and partnering businesses and other program affiliates for normally sold in commerce goods and services from them.

To help families and businesses in emergencies, Helping Hand Church exclusively offers partner, individual and other special group members, an Emergency Needs Donations program. This is not a part of the Greatest Needs fund, but is a direct HHCC donation program. In triggered defined actual income loss or expense increase emergencies, this plan allows you to borrow on market terms from an unrelated agreeing lending and transfer account institution, up to 72% for businesses and up to 76.5% for individual and family groups of all of your past donations after 1 year or more. Donations to this program are fully income tax deductible but aren't eligible for Good Works points, units, dollars or entitlements. This program guarantees that these net amounts of your total donations are borrowable on either then market or on pre-established terms when you also pay the set-up and annual renewal costs and borrow only 62% and 66.5% respectively of your total donations under the program. Under this option, an automatic repayment plan should be available to not require paying any other interest and loan charges until the loan is repaid. Repayment can extend to death and be paid by insurance without tax. The loan can be in any currency or commodity that dollars can then be converted to in your loan and disbursement account, which must remain at the lending institution. Donation limits are 50% of your individual or family group taxable income to $30,000 yearly per person and for corporations is 10% of taxable income yearly to agreed limits. In emergencies this can result in more money being borrowable than their after tax cost of donations.

Through its Truth University colleges, Helping Hand also provides very quick truth education about the many untruths we are repeatedly taught about history, government, law, science and even scripture. A consumer coalition is also intended to be formed to provide real, effective remedies for consumer victim abuses by businesses and government wrongs. The goal of this group will be to understand and enumerate the experienced abuses and to seek prompt remediation or else monetary remedies for these wrongs

If you want to help use the POWER of mass prayer to heal individuals and our nation and world, and to stop the evils on our earth and in our government and people, you will want to participate in and contribute to Helping Hand's Good Works Worldwide Communication network that HHCC seeks to start. This will be a multiply patented, internet based system that enables the greatest numbers of people to learn English and communicate with each other and achieve what we believe will be startling technological healing and shielding results, hopefully even stopping CERN and other causes of destroying our earth and families. You can participate with your HHCC memberships, your donations of computer equipment or funds for equipment and patents and volunteering your computer software programming skills.

Helping Hand seeks to help those most in need and to help us all obey Christ's and God's commands to help them, which are limited and even prevented by the laws of men's governments. To obey God's and Christ's directions to us set forth in scripture, Helping Hand seeks a jurisdiction in which this can be done by those adults who wish to try to obey God and Christ without being punished by men's governments. You can help in this mission to acquire sovereign protection among men's nations by our forming a jurisdiction not ruled by other than God's and Christ's laws, by your becoming a Helping Hand Sovereignty member and contributing to the HHCC Sovereignty fund, or by your contributing to it without being a HHCC Sovereignty member.

HHCC MEMBER PERSONAL ENTERPRISE LOANS & INVESTMENTS

Helping Hand Church and its integrated auxiliaries temporarily invest their own and Greatest Needs funds as equities in and loans to enterprises that help members earn by providing goods and services and also by providing wage work and for opportunities member to gain and earn dividends from. HHCC lends its owned Good Works USD taxable dollar entitlements to Opportunities, Coordinator and Partner members under special repayment arrangements. HHCC MEMBER ACCOUNTS SUMMARY

To clarify the HHCC accounts terminology, any person's donation to Helping Hand of money, goods or services earns HHCC non income taxable, only internally convertible, Good Works Points that are only a moral obligation. Points are also earned for inviting other donors at the rate of 20% of the amounts that they contribute and at 4% of the amount of the donations that sustainer's team members invite that are donated for the Greatest Needs fund and for memberships and account processing. Points can be used only by those who become HHCC members who open a Good Works Point account in which HHCC records their points. Donors who become members after earning their Good Works Points must evidence their points to HHCC and donate $50 for HHCC's verifying them.

When a donor becomes a HHCC member and opens a Good Works Points account, they can for a $50 transfer cost donation have them converted to their newly opened Good Works Units account in which, for a $50 contribution, HHCC records all earned points as units. Good Works Units are also non-taxable and are usable only for Helping Hand Greatest Needs program services or goods. Non taxable Good Works Units are earned for donations, for 20% of directly invited member, account and Greatest Needs donations and for 4% of team member's directly invited member, account and Greatest Needs donations.

In accord with HHCC policies, restricted amounts of Good Works units can for a $50 donation be transferred to Good Works Dollars which are also only moral obligations and so are non-taxable. Good Works Dollars can be used for all or part of purchases to limited amounts or portions of goods or services from Good Works sponsors, partners or affiliates.

Good Works Dollar account non-taxable amounts can also be used by HHCC members to buy dollar for dollar taxable HHCC owned other's issued Good Works USD taxable dollar entitlements. While these are real US dollar amounts and so deductible for income tax purposes if you donate them to HHCC, they are not taxable on converting non-taxable Good Works Dollars to them or when they are gifts to you, but only when you earn these Good Works USD taxable dollars. Members may transfers the non-taxable Good Works Dollar account they have (or for a $50 annual donation open) in at least $1,000 amounts to their Good Works USD taxable dollar entitlement account to acquire HHCC owned entitlements from it. Good Works USD taxable dollar entitlements can be transferred to other HHCC members with Good Works USD taxable dollar entitlement accounts or can be donated to HHCC. It is most tax beneficial to donate Good Works USD taxable dollar entitlements to HHCC after they are held a year in your Good Works USD taxable dollar entitlement account.

HHCC requests a $50 donation to process each Good Works USD taxable dollar entitlements to a Greatest Needs Fund donation. All amounts donated for processing must be in US dollars, and all amounts net of all costs become Greatest Needs funds.

HHCC opportunities and coordinator members may on a similar donation request basis also have an Investment Club investments account and a separate money account for their club investments. Coordinators may also have venture, sponsor and partner accounts to account for their venture interests and their partner's and their sponsor's program revenues and HHCC's share and their personal independent share.

HHCC offers multiple opportunities for each of us to help ourselves on earth and for our eternity by helping others as directed. These opportunities involve helping others to learn and earn their way on earth and afterward, by connecting with other people as donors, learning and worshipping members, and by working with businesses and investors to help them. No other program we know of offers so many opportunities to well and do good works as this, which we hop we have clearly explained to you in spite of its multiple complexities.
