HGRB Services: Future of Home Improvement Guidance
Mood:  celebratory
Topic: On-line Consulting
These days, there really doesn't seem to be as much economic certainty and security available. So, more and more home owners are cutting back on costs/expenses relative to hiring outside contractors. The home improvement trend is towards self-sufficiency. A lot more people would rather handle most the project demands ourselves. When we know what we're doing, things are a lot less expensive.

Here's where HGRB Services steps in. Primarily, by means of the internet, HGRB Services coaches/assists home owners towards becoming more motivated and knowledgeable towards successful completion of home projects. This is indisputably a continuing trend for the future!

Hi. I've got a story to share with you.

It's about a particular home owner who really couldn't figure why the kitchen lights weren't coming on. She tried new light bulbs...still no lights. She checked the breaker box in the basement, but nothing seemed to be wrong.

So, as a last resort, she called in a contractor who happened to be her favorite handyman.

The first thing he did was use a voltage tester to see if whether or not any current flowed through the light fixture....Nothing....Then, he checked the wiring....Still nothing....

So, he goes to the basement to personally check the circuit breakers. At first, he didn't see anything wrong, either. But, then he noticed a tiny red switch just beneath the row of circuit breakers. Aha! The culprit! It was a reset switch.

Calmly, the beaming handyman clicked the little red thing to the "on" position. He walked carefully back upstairs to the kitchen, then he screwed one on the new light bulbs back into the light fixture. This time, when he signaled the owner to hit the switch......Oh Yeah!......Lights!

Ha! That sort of scenario was very much like so many others I've experienced over the years. I'd get called in for something which could have been just as methodically resolved by the owner!

It's just the point of knowing what you need to do, and having the motivation towards getting the tools and supplies.....then making the time to do it.

This is one of the greatest hopes of HGRB Services for you: that you become more familiar with this on-line approach. It begins with a single e-mail from you.

sincerely,
RB Roberts
