Thank you for visiting our website. I call this our website, because it contains information that is relevant to all of us who live within the Crestridge community. I need you all to understand that it is not my intention to do anything that would cause damage to our fine community. However, it is my goal to stop Spectrum and Crestridge HOA from continuing to do the damage that I strongly believe they are doing to our community. As you read through the above links, know that there is a lot of information contained on this website. I would challenge you all to read through as much of it as you possibly can, because this is our community. I have supplied as much proof as possible, whenever it was applicable. Please note, that this page is filled with my thoughts and beliefs about our HOA and the management company involved with them. Hopefully after reading my thoughts, you too will feel the same way.

My dear neighbors...I need your help. I know a way that we can stop Spectrum and Crestridge HOA. It is called "Dissolution". I know how to dissolve this HOA, but it takes 2/3 of us to agree on doing it. Unlike the Board of Directors, usually asking for volunteers for our community, I will be asking for your help in merely completing 3 proxies that are located on this website. I would never ask you to fill them out, without first reading all of the information regarding this issue. So please, take your time. Make sure it is exactly what you want. But, I have no doubt that after you read all of the contained information here at this website that you will wisely choose to dissolve Crestridge HOA and do away with the management company, known as Spectrum.

Attention Renters! Please pass word of this website to your landlords or the homeowners, if you know who they are. Your participation in this matter is not only greatly needed, but is greatly appreciated.

I believe that once we have relieved ourselves of this mandatory HOA, that we can then move to have a voluntary HOA, in place of it. There are many benefits as to having a voluntary HOA. For example: saving all of us money, saving all of us the time consuming attempts of asking for permission to perform upgrades to the homes that we own, and probably the biggest advantage to having a voluntary HOA...no liens against our homes. Wouldn't that be nice?

I would like to take a moment to clear up 1 possible misconception, before we get started. We would still have a need for volunteers within our community. We would still need a President for the purpose of maintaining proper affairs with whichever agencies we still continue to do business with. For example: Water Company, Electric Company, and Lawn Care Company. We could also still have a Vice-President for the purpose of assisting the President with his or her duties, as well as, filling in for the President during any absence. We could still probably make use of having a Secretary/Treasurer for the purpose of keeping track of those that have paid the voluntary fees. All in all, we would still have a need for our community to pitch in, but there would be no dominant entity which would try to control us as a collective group. We would be neighbors helping neighbors and I am pretty sure that we would receive the support that we need to accomplish these goals. What would not be needed is the volunteers for special committees, such as: Deed Restriction Committee, Architectural Committee, and Social Committee. If somebody has an idea for an event within the community, or for a special concern that you feel should be addressed to the community, then contact could be made with 1 of the Board members and a message could be placed on 1 of our marquees, for all to see. I am positive that a new outlook on this community would be found by a good majority of us, as a community, if we did not have Spectrum and Crestridge HOA looking over our shoulders. I am pretty sure that an even greater majority of us would be happy to assist in getting a voluntary HOA off of the ground if it meant that we could all remove an unnecessary lien from our homes. More can be read on this issue in the above link entitled: A Letter I Composed Earlier This Year.

If, at any point, while reading through this website, anger just gets the better of you...or maybe hatred towards Spectrum or Crestridge HOA sets in...please feel free just to jump to the most important page on this website. The link below will take you straight to the page which contains 3 proxies meant to better our community.
