For all practical purposes and intent, the company serves as the creative umbrella of Hubbard.s vast network. After turning down a lucrative recording contract with Sony, Hubbard, like Radiohead, Metallica, and Nine Inch Nails decided to create his own production and publishing companies and market his music directly to the public--via the internet.
Realizing that most of the major labels were far out of touch with today’s consumers, especially with the rising cost of analogue production and the escalating retail price of CDs, using digital technology, Hubbard’s recent success is a testimony of the power of electronic media..
