My name is Hallie Anaya Gracelynn Marie Estep. I was born still on January 26th, 2008 at 1:47AM, a day shy of 32 weeks. I had a rare chromosomal disorder called Trisomy 13, or Patau Syndrome. You can learn about it here. This page is made by my mama, from my point of view, just as a sort of memorial where my family and friends can leave me messages, poems, prayers, anything they'd like, to always keep my memory alive.
