Group workout is one of the best way to mutually and cordially work together in a place that is dedicated to the same task one comes with in mind.  Group workout proves to be extremely beneficial because they can motivate a person to work harder. A trained instructor would have to lead a group workout to influence and teach the people following. There are a number of group workouts to do, but listed below are the 7 best one can do!


1-    While many would think to start workout just like that, it is very important that the beginning of a workout has a very appropriate warm up session. A warm up session would help increase the intensity of a workout. The muscles of a person’s body relax when he began with a warm up session. A leg swing  be performed to warm up.

•    The leg swing is performed while holding on to a wall bar and swinging one leg out of the other side. Repeating this process for at least 10 times for each leg result in a good warm up.


•    Doing aerobics before a good group gym session is also one of the best ways to warm up.

2-    Doing a bicycle crunch would help shed the fat from your lower stomach and build muscle instead. While lying on a floor mat, keep your hands behind your head with fingers interlocked. Pull your left leg up to your chest; folded, and with the end of your right elbow trying to touch it. Do the same with the other leg. Repeat at least 10 times.


3-    Handstand pushups can also prove to be a beneficial workout plan for a group. Partners can be set in a session, and while one person holds the feet of the other to help balance, the other one can do the handstand pushups. Walls can also be used for this. It would built muscles in the arms and forearms.


4-    The butterfly machine is indeed very helpful and easily found in a gym. Using it will require a lot of strength and effort. It will mainly build the muscle on your chest and strengthen it. The machine can also be used by beginners


5-    Workout with dumbbells is also one of the things that a group workout would feel motivated to do. It is a simple way of exercising and one can do a lot of interactive workouts with these.


6-    Hack Squat is another must-do group exercises. It is done on a machine and anyone can do it! It will strengthen the quadriceps.


7-    The Ab Crunch Machine is also easily available at a gym and is great for a group workout. The machine will force the abdominals to gain strength. it will also tone the arms.
