Topic: Unfair Labour Practice
So what about the poor guy that gets screwed by the people he works for. Case in point, a friend of mine worked for a well known language school in Cape Town. They did not want to employ him permanantly because they did not want to give him full benefits, so he like most of the other teachers at that school were forced to sign a timesheet every 2 weeks so that the employer could get away with saying that he was a temporary worker. Well then the shit hit the fan and he was injured at work about 10 weeks ago, he is still off work because of his injury and his company did not follow labour regulations because he was a "temporary worker" HOW LOW CAN YOU GO?
