g-gUARDS cheif stats

since the clan is growing big ( LOTS OF HATERS ;) ) and that we want to reach top we need to organize ourselves more >

here i will mention all chief position we will give for members within the clan .

please read carefully and if you think you are fit for the job contact mUScu ( THE PRO AND KING OF ALL ) to check if you can get chief .

Check last part to know who are our permenant cheifs 

please guys do tourney if you think its necessary , don't just exceed your limits cuz you have

firstly >

every body will get chief even if they don't take jobs and here is the difference 

chief with a job 

1- he is fixed and we wont take his position as log as he does his job

2- we will increase his limit if he does his job well

chief without a job

1- he isn't fixed  , we have 6 chiefs without jobs and we rotate this six position between clan members 

so you will become chief today but after couple days someone else will have your place then when we finish all members we come back to you

2- has fixed limit 2k , to increase limit you have to get a job 

secondly jobs 

first, 

tourney master ,

chief  limits ( start )

1- 4k limit 

duty,

the tourney master's duty is to check all tourneys done by any member ( leader included , hehe ) and check for the following ,

1- unfair awarding .

2- one game one winner 

3- bot games

4- not long enough ( 20 min  )

5- votes under 75%

6- exceeded tourney limits ( for.ex , 1k limit )

7- when the clan hold's a 24 hour tourney the tourney masters have to take take shifts ( equally ) and keep the tourney open 24 hours .

how to get more allowance and limits ,

1- donate lots of coins 

2- do your job well ( find fault in others tourneys )

3- keep doing good work 

mistake .

if the tourney master doesn't pay attention and miss his check for three times he gets his chief limits taken away from him ,

note 

1- we need 3 recruiters 

2- in case the tourney master finds a fault in a tourney he should report to both the leader and chief VP

second,

recruiter ,

chief limits( start )

duty 

1- recruit admirals and up ( blue flag , 1s ,2s , 3s, ga )

2- IF there is good players under blue flag test them then if they good try to recruit them 

3- go for members in other clan and recruit 

note ,

1- when a guy enters the clan he should message the leader of chief VB to tell about his recruiter .

2- we need 2 recruiters .

3- the recruiter have to report to both the leader and chief VP , when he recruit pplz 

4- we don't recruit aliases 

third 

log checker 

duty 

1- to check all members accounts to see if any has been inactive lately ( every two days )

2- check the detailed log to check for new aliases ( once a week )

3- calculate top players xp when asked ( once a month for top 10 players ) 

2- to get lazy while doing the job 

note ,

1- we need 3 log checkers 

fourth 

teacher ,

duty

 to teach new players , or non-skilled players 

We have two level teachers 

Fisrt stage teacher ( Fs. 1 )

His/ her job to teach players from pink flag to red flag

Second stage teacher ( Ss. 2) 

To teach players from  red flag till they reach 3s and be able to fight pro players

how to get more allowance and limits ,

1- successfully train players to become pros ( tunneling , redirecting , map scanning , attacking , tricks and defensing ) 

note .

1-for every players transformed successfully to pro the teacher gets 6k and new player gets 2.5k

2- chief VB will decide if the player has become pro or not after testing 

3- we need 3 teachers 

fifth ,

 donates 

limits will be given according to donation per week

for example. if someone donates 20k per week he get 30 k limit 

if you  wanna know how much you will get , ask the chief vp or leader
