Step One

To create a website using FrontPage:

Open FrontPage from the Start Menu

Become familiar with basic menu bar commands.

Place the cursor over each icon for context help.

Switch from Design mode to Preview mode, then back.
Design is for editing, Preview is a mini-browser.
     

Note :You cannot edit in Preview mode.

To begin working in FrontPage:
Go to File, then New.

Choose More Web site templates.

Select Empty Web site.
Specify the location of the new Web site.

  If you are at your own computer, store the site in My Documents
  otherwise, use a flash drive for ease of portability.
  FrontPage will name your website "My Site". Do not change this.
