Welcome to my place! I am a teacher, writer, mead maker, and legally ordained minister (registered in both NC and WV); just a simple pagan, journeying through this wondrous world of beauty and mystery.

I believe Divinity is divinity. It is within us all, each and every one. It is both male and female. Neither and both. Divinity has many faces, many bodies, many attributes.

It is like a beautifully cut stone. We can understand individual facets (particular Gods and Goddesses, Elements, Spirits, etc.), but until we reach the very end of our journeys, have lived each life we are given to the fullest, sucked every drop of rich juice offered us, felt every touch, seen every wonder, smelled all scents, heard every sound as a symphony, we will never understand the entire, magnificent jewel.

When we can see and understand this last and greatest Mystery, our journey will be complete--and so will we!

I have been practicing the craft since the 70's and have given Workshops and done Rituals at many public and private events from the huge Starwood gathering in New York to much smaller and more private venues across the southeast. I live in the mountains of the eastern US with my dog, Skye.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Masters of Education from the University of Georgia.

I have written two books, Forever Autumn (first in the Changer series) and Holy Day Meads. My nonfiction works have been published in SageWoman, Circle Sanctuary, NewWitch, Blessed Bee, The Beltane Papers and If… Journal. I earned the 2007 Kaiser/Cole award for Journalism. I started writing in elementary school, filling notebook after notebook in my loose messy handwriting, creating worlds of supernatural characters and plots; now there are CDs with my works stacked in my small office.
