Instagram is forward in the race of daily active users

According to the recent report, Instagram has more numbers of active users as compared to Twitter. Both are social sites that offer users with so many options. Initially it was found that the number of visitors to Instagram is 900,000, and it grew up to 7.3 million in August. While, the number of visitors on Twitter was found to be 6.9 million. Data clearly shows that users visit Instagram very commonly and usually and like to spend time on this site.
This data is also counted on the basis of the time people spent on these sites. It was found that user spends an average of 257 minutes on Instagram, and they do browsing and take photos. While, it was found that people spend 170 minutes on Twitter, and they do reading bite-sized text messages and browsing. These numbers clearly shows, which social networking site is gaining popularity.
The company is growing its business and money making potential. This is due to the increased curiosity and traffic of people towards various mobile devices. People love to access Internet through the mobile sites with the help of their mobiles of smartphones. It has been found that Instagram services consists of both texts and pictures while Twitter's services consist primarily of text. This might be the reason that people are liking Instagram rather than Twitter and visiting the former the most.
