FRED SMITH'S FEDEX PLANTATION
This site is to promote the book..." Fred Smith's Fedex Plantation". It is also to be used a a security beacon. Because the book is an Expose' of Fred Smith and his Fedex Plantation. You will find my websites similar to this all across the world. It is a common working man's attempt at safety against an extremely powerful / criminal / vindictive and corrupt person.
The book is completed (203 pages) and negotiations are on going with potential publishers. And I was told by a producer that there will be a movie made from my book. So there is a lot at stake here.
Also realize that in the past Fred Smith has threatened to harm not only me for exposinghis crimes against the military ...but to also harm my wife amd small children. He is a Dangerous, Vindictive & Evil Man.
In the book you will read about a Fedex management tool where white Fedex management is taught a management tool called "BB&F" that is designed to use against Black employees within Fedex. It is when a white manager talks to Blacks under him about "Basketball, Boxing & Football". (BB&F) It is also known as "Bullshit the Blacks & F___k 'em". Fedex management believes that when a white manager talks those sports to a Black under him, the Black believes the white manager is his friend. Then when the white manager gives the Black employee a "job evaluation" he embellishes every little flaw and error and gives a very unfair and biased evaluation score. This keeps Blacks at the bottom of the pay scale and out of management. Then when the white manager gives a white employee an evaluation he ignores mistakes and errors and gives the white employee's a much higher score which results in higher pay and more promotions.
A few Blacks are promoted as "Tokens / Quotas" etc.
And if the Black employee should complain about discrimination his "white manager" creates an excuse to fire him. And the discrimination complaint "disapears'. And Fedex looks good. ( I am white).
Fedex mgmt. also designs / engineers equipment specially for use by Blacks...The call it "NP" equipment. The NP stands for "N_gger Proof". As one Fedex engineer told a white veteran Fedex manager "if we don't make all our equipment "N_gger Proof" we'll have to fire every N_gger at Fedex".
You'll also read how Fred Smith hit and killed an innocent Black man in Little Rock Ark. And left him to die in the street like a dead rat. At that time era in Little Rock, the local joke was .." a white man was allowed to kill one N_gger a week". I guess Fred made his limit that week. Fred Smith grew up on a southern cotton slave plantation so you figure it out.

How the OSI told him that Fred Smith was smuggling illegal drugs into the U.S. from Mexico and asked the courier for help in Smith's drug smuggling investigation. The DEA had a picture of a Fedex plane flying a Fedex planes loaded with "Illegal Drugs" from Mexico to the U.S. on their official web site. The OSI warned the courier that Fred Smith was a "Dangerous Man" and he might send someone to harm him...and to contact them at the first signs of danger.
Read how after the courier left Fedex the FBI in Wilmington, DE. asked him to help in catching Fedex thieves who stole a $ 100,000 gold shipment that was shipped by the Bank of Delaware thru Fedex and was intended for Goldman Sachs. The FBI said Fred Smith would not cooperate in the investigation and that he would not let Federal Criminal Investigators including the DEA & FBI near his Fedex Airport Ramps because of what they might see or find because of all the illegal drug activities. The FBI warned the courier to be very careful because Fred Smith was a "Drug Smuggler and Dangerous" and he might send someone to harm him.
