Who is the Reason for the Season?
Christians the world over look at
christmas as one of the holiest holidays of the year
but does it really have anything to do with God or His Son Jesus Christ
at all?
Is Jesus Christ really the Reason for the Season as the old clichè goes?
First
of all let us look into where this holiday was started.
Most will say, "Hey it started with Jesus being born and we are celebrating his birthday.
Is that right? Well Jesus was never born in the winter for starters and if God wanted us to celebrate Jesus birthday He would of told us so and gave us the day to do so, God never left holidays for us to guess at.
Most Christians know this already but throw off the next excuse as, " Well we really don't know when He was born so we pick this day". Hmmm ok did someone take a dart and throw it at a wall full of days?
How about the other hundred excuses why we should be celebrating this time, what if celebrating it would upset the very God and Son of God we claim to be celebrating it for?
Is it worth looking into then?
So many take and do what the world offers them at face value not checking into anything at all because it has Jesus Name involved in it, but does He even want His precious Name associated with this holiday?
How lazy, blind or trusting can we be to say, "Hey the world is celebrating this, all the churches are celebrating it and Jesus Name is associated with it, can 100% of the world be wrong?"
YES, YES, YES and YES again! The whole world can be wrong, all the churches can be wrong and all should not follow blindly.
It is your responsibility to search out what you are following and obeying, especially in rituals and rites you know nothing about but obey as blind people.
If it is against God what excuse are you going to give Him when you face Him on Judgment Day?
"Well Lord everyone else was doing it, all the ministers were celebrating it and obeying what it was, it must of been right"
How far do you think that will go?
Remember Noah, One man in the whole earth who was justified by faith and saved out of the whole world, only one man!
The rest of the world was wrong!
You cannot blame your preacher, priest, pastor, friends, television stations, authors or anyone but yourself on judgment day for the things you do or do not do.
"Following as blind people will not cut it"
Ignorance is not bliss, it can become a one way ticket to hell, and you can drag alot of souls with you into the pit to spend eternity right along with you.
Hosea 4:6
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children"
The key words here are "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" and if knowledge is there to be found and you refuse, "because thou hast rejected knowledge".
One more scripture before we find out exactly what this holiday is.
1 John 4:1
" Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world"
God wants us to know, he wants us to try things, he does not want us to be ignorant.
So let's not be lazy and do some digging to see if this, "what some call", holy holiday is really what God and His Son Jesus Christ wants us to follow and practice, with all it's ways and rituals and rites, also for all you preachers out there, is this what God wants you to be teaching His followers and getting them involved with?
Did you even search it out before you gave it to your flock to feed on? What if what you are feeding them is poison and could be sending them to hell?
Is it worth searching into then?
Now hopefully you can see the importance of not following blindly and will read on.
First of all where did all this come from in the first place?
No where in the Bible does it say to celebrate His birthday, (look it up and dig for yourselves to see if you can find it), none of the apostles ever celebrated it (I encourage you to try and find one apostle or follower of Christ in the bible anywhere that celebrated His birthday, if anything it will get you reading the bible, that's right blow the dust off the only book that can save your life for all eternity and start reading it). Go ahead and search it out, I'll wait.
Ok now that you (hopefully) tried to find one scripture somewhere, somehow, even a one liner that you can twist to celebrate it and failed let's move on.
We now know (if you tried to find it and failed) that not ONE CHRISTIAN celebrated it in the bible.
WHERE DID IT COME FROM THEN?
In the 4th century pope julius 1 started it. It was to coincide with the roman winter festivals.
Christmas means: "Christ mass".
The tradition was started when the roman catholic church decided to consecrate pagan traditions.
One of the biggest strategies the catholic church had to try to convert pagans was to let them keep there practices, gods and goddess, rituals, rites and traditions and just change the names to Christians names.
Yes I know, I know, all you catholics are freaking out right now, either hating this, or in shock.
How can you serve God while obeying the same rituals, traditions and rites and holidays as the pagans do?
The answer is you cannot!
Changing the names, and the meaning to rituals, rites, traditions does not change the fact that these things were done to worship and serve devils and demons, false gods and goddesses and even satan himself.
Would you walk into a satanic church or into a field of druid priest and say, "Ok folks, today we are changing things around here, you can still serve the same way you did and keep all your satanic rituals and rites but, heyyyyy, let's just change the names, instead of your gods and goddesses well call them Christian names, your highest holiday (the winter solstice) well hmmm we definetley need something to do about that one, hmmm oh I know, let's celebrate it as the birth of Christ, ya that sounds good. You can still still keep everything you did but let's just change it up abit, make it more appealing to the masses, hey maybe everyone will accept this and everyone can be one big happy family.
Does this sound just a tad bit off to you?
This is the method the catholic church has used for centuries.
Would you try and convert a wiccan (witch) by saying, "Hey it's ok to keep all your traditions, rituals and rites, all those ways you served satan with, just change the names and we'll call you Christian instead".
Would God accept this?
Aright then let's see how far this actually goes.
What was the winter solstice since this was what the catholic church tried to change to convert pagans to their organization.
It was to pagans, the rebirth of the sun god.
It went away and at the winter solstice the sun started coming back, they celebrated it as the rebirth of the sun god.
(catholics changed this by saying it was the birth of Christ)
So what they are really saying is hey you know that day you all worshiped the sun, that big ball of fire in sky you claim is a god, well heyyy let's not say it's the sun god, ra or baal or the many names they called it throughout history, let's say now it's the birth of Christ instead, oh but your still allowed to keep all those rituals and rites you served the sun god with).
God help us for this.
Since when did God need to compete for holidays with satan?
Is He a God who needs to steal those things from his enemy and just change the names to His to get people to believe and serve Him?
I thought it was satan who wanted to be like the most high, (he is the one that tries to steals people from God anyway he can to get people to serve him as god), not the other way around.
God does not need to steal satans holidays, he does not want his rituals and rites and traditions.
God doesn't want anything from him at all.
If anything it says in His Word to come out from among them and be ye separate.
Jeremiah 10:2 says
"Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven: for the heathen are dismayed at them."
2 Corinthians 6:17 says
"Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you."
Ephesians 5:11 says
"And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them."
So why are we trying to mix oil and water together then, or for a better example, why are we trying to mix dung with clean water and claiming it to be clean?
If God has not ordained or blessed it then NO MAN CAN!
It is what it is, nothing but a trick to get you to practice the ways of the heathen and to make the heathens think they are Christians.

In other words catholic church means: universal church.
There is enough information on this organization to show it wants all religions under it's roof, it is basically paganism and Christianity mixed together.
Should we trust what everyone says? NO!
I encourage you not even to trust what I am saying but search it out for yourselves.
If anything it will get you back to the Word of God.
As it says in Acts 17:11
"These were more noble than these in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so."
We have God, Jesus Christ the Son of God and His Holy Spirit, we also have His Word to guide and teach us.
Who should we trust more, God or man?
So many rely on priest, pastor etc etc, are you going to put your soul into their hands?
Some religions actually get mad and say it is wrong to not listen to their words and scorn you if you test and try what they are saying.
Remember they are human, I am human, we are all human.
Only trust God, the rest seek out what they say to see if it is the truth or not, including me.
1 John 2: 26,27 says:
"These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie. and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him."
also
John 16:13 says
"Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth; for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come."
Alright let's get down to tearing this holiday apart to see if there is anything about Jesus Christ in it at all.
I will not be going into to much depth about each as this would fill a book in itself. If you want to find out more just do a search yourself for these areas, there is plenty of material floating out there on each one.
At the end of it, ask yourself one question: "If Jesus was beside me now would He want me doing this?"
The ole Tree
Seems like a good place to start since this is one of the main objects used for the ritual.
First of all let's see what it says in Jeremiah about this and we can see this tradition and ritual was going on in his days also.
Jeremiah 10: 1 - 5
"Hear ye the word which the Lord speaketh unto you, O house of Israel:
Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with an axe.
They deck it with silver and gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.
They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good."
The custom of the tree comes from centuries before as we can see. The book of Jeremiah was written around 629 BC so this tradition and ritual was started a long time ago, we can also see it tells us not to do it.
The druids and the german tribes found the oak sacred and they sacrificed to it (including human sacrifices, until (st. boniface, a catholic) in the 8th century.
The germans got the idea from the romans, the romans got it from the babylonians and the egyptians who got it from nimrod's roots (the founder of all occult practices after the flood).
The germans and romans took evergreens into their homes for various pagan beliefs.
How did they turn this pagan ritual turn into a so called christian one, the tree represented the Christ child for one, another is the tree of life others say it is a symbol of the crucifix others to represent eternal life (the evergreen). There is quite a few ways to tried to get this pagan ritual to become a christian one, the main question is why would you do this in the first place?
This is a pagan ritual to their gods, it is a heathen practice, and should be tossed out completely, changing the name and decorating it with false meanings is believing a lie.
It has nothing to do with God or Jesus and they even tell you to not do it. So why are we doing this then?
It seemed they tried hard to find a twisted reason why christians should accept this pagan practice.
Moving on to other tree parts
The holly wreaths, yule logs, mistletoe
All are pre christian rite and rituals, which mean they were part of paganism (the worship of nature).
The holly was a token for the fairy people to protect them from a harsh winter.
The celts felt it had magical powers, the romans used it as part of the winter solstice celebration as they thought it was sacred to saturn and the berries were sacred to the sun god.
How did this get into the christian life?
Some say it is now a symbol for the crown of thorns which they say was a holly wreath with white berries that turned to red from Christs' blood (ya I know it's ridiculous but so is most of the reasons they have to adopt pagan rituals.
Some say it was a symbol of eternal grace.
The yule log came from the word sun log. Yule means wheel and is a pagan symbol of the sun.
The burning of the log represented the warmer days to come.
It was to be used as a protection from lightning and evil spirits.
There is rules to be obeyed in using the yule log (even christians adopted these)
Why they would use this old ritual is beyond me, this one is obviously from pagan roots but then it all is.
The mistletoe is a parasite that grows in oak trees, the druids thought to be sacred in their pagan ritual they would cut it down with a sickle, never letting hands touch it, and sacrifice two white bulls for the ceremony. it was believed to have powers of life and fertility.
It was also used in the saturnalia celebration (the sun god celebration) but almost all used it as a fertility usage.
All three have no roots in bible or has anything to do with Jesus, they all have ritual beliefs in paganism though and that is the only thing they were used in.
Should all christians be practicing these pagan rituals?
Should we be teaching our children them?
Old santa
First of all this is just an outright lie we tell our children.
How many children are horrified when they find out their faith in santa was nothing but a lie told to them by the very people they trusted the most, their parents.
Some say, to get around this, that when they were told do you believe in santa the parents say no, they believe in the spirit of santa, thus making their conscious seem abit clearer from lying to their children.
The whole point here is children believe in santa as a god, and have extreme childlike faith in him.
They obey his rules and laws for being good.
You don't need to tell your children to believe in a false god to be good, teach them the bible instead, it will teach them to be good in the ways God wants them to be good.
One main one is "Honor thy father and mother", since this is the main reason parents seem to bring their children to a false god and have faith in him.
Some think it's orgins started with st. nick, that catholic bishop, it has roots even older.
Santa was a common name used for nimrod (the founder of occult practices), throughout Asia Minor, a fire god who came down the chimneys of ancient pagans to who children were burnt and eaten in a sacrifice.
The catholic church snuck this one in by using st nick instead, remember old nick is a term used for the devil.
The elves were the fairy people now instead of hiding in the forest of the druids are now employed to make toys.
Ya ok that's just ridicules but this is the lie we get our children to put 100% faith into.
You have taught your children to believe in a pagan fire god and put 100% faith into him.
Would God want this?

I can hear it now from everyone reading this, "Please no don't tell us this is pagan also, what will we tell our children, how do we face other people when the whole world has accepted this and will look on us with scorn if we deny ourselves and children these things".

It's orgins has the gift giving in the pagan following of saturnalia, a roman pagan belief of the winter solstice.
They worshiped saturn the god of fire with giving of gifts, decorate their homes with greens (evergreens) and lights and gifts to the children and the poor.
The romans called him saturn, the egyptians called him vulcan, the greeks called kronos, babylon called him tammuz (Nimrods son) who nimrod was supposedly reborn into or molech or baal also the horned one.
Let's look at this festival of saturnalia because it encompasses everything we celebrate as christmas now a days.
The festival lasted about a week, all normal life stopped and giving of gifts, drinking and eating was done instead to celebrate the festival to honor saturn the fire god.
The opening festivities were marked by a public banquet at the temple of Saturn when the god’s statue was released from the ties which bound it to the temple for the rest of the year. From this point on, normal social rules were inverted. All business was suspended, criminals could not be convicted or wars started. Pleasure ruled. Each household would choose a King of the festival to preside over their own parties and celebrations, thrown for families and for clients by their patron. Slaves would be served by their own masters who would dress informally, even wearing the traditional slaves hat, the pilleus. The time was spent playing games, gambling, eating and drinking.
Gifts were also given. Traditionally, they were comprised of pottery figures and wax candles, purchased at the fair that marked the closing days of saturnalia. However, as time passed, gifts became more ostentatious, so much so that legislation was required to prevent the less wealthy from beggaring themselves giving gifts they could ill afford.
Hmmm sounding alot like our version doesn't it.
There is plenty of material on this subject if you want to search it out for yourselves but the main focus here is that it is all 100% pagan and has nothing to do with Jesus.
All it's rituals and rites are taken from various pagan beliefs mixed together in a pagan stew with the names changed and perverted meanings so that the rituals and rites of the pagans can still be practiced, the real sad part is christians are practicing them more then the pagans are now.
What a trick thrown at us by satan, to top it all off the whole world is deceived into obeying this pagan festival to the point that governments obey it and force companies to close in celebration for it.
There is no other holiday forced on us like this one.
How do you think God looks at this when He sees His people bringing this pagan tradition into the churches, his preachers and teachers forcing the people to observe it and practice it and partake in these rituals that the heathens did?
The little children being taught from birth to follow this lie and put their faith in it.
This pagan holiday to worship false gods is greater and more widespread then anything else.
Try going into a church in the middle of this ritual and say "Hey you are all practicing a pagan ritual to honor another god besides GOD and Jesus the Son of God.
Watch what happens and how you are mocked and scorned and probably called blasphemous and sacrilege, when it's the other way around.
What about those who use the excuse, hey it's a time for family and friends to get together.
Take out all the pagan rituals to honor false gods and what do you have left?

Even the day it is celebrated is from pagan roots to honor the god of fire.
If it looks like a snake, behaves like a snake then changing it's name doesn't make it any less a snake.
This is outright spiritual adultery to all who claim to be christians.
Why does it seem I am picking on the catholic institution so much?
it is a mixture of paganism and christianity with it's practices from pagan roots and names from bible.
The sun eucharist came from egypt (which is why it is placed in a sun monstrance) it was in honor of the sun god.
they changed the name to become the lords last supper.
We are supposed to do it in remembrance of Christ but they use the same ritual and use the same relics the egyptians did.
Mary worship (the mother of God and the queen of heaven and the mediator between man and God) so they teach.
This wrong all the way around, it tells us in the old testament not to worship the queen of heaven, our mother is the new jerusalem and the only mediator between God and man is Jesus.
1 Timothy 2:5
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."
Galatians 4:26
"But jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all."

It is basically a religion that was started to unite christians and pagans together.
You cannot have satan and God in the same church and worshiping them both the same, this is blasphemous yet this is what the catholic church is and has been trying to get all churches still under their universal church umbrella.
Get to know God, there is no other way then through Jesus Christ who is our savour.
He died on the cross for all of us.
There is only one way to get to know God and through the cross and the blood Jesus shed for the remission of our sins.

Finally one scripture says it all

What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it."
Practicing the same rituals and rites the pagans did to serve their gods is not acceptable, even if you try to disguise the meaning and the names the practice is the same.
It tells us to observe what God tells us to observe, DO NOT ADD TO IT OR DIMINISH IT!

Would you walk into a satanic church or into a field of druid priest and say, "Ok folks, today we are changing things around here, you can still serve the same way you did and keep all your satanic rituals and rites but, heyyyyy, let's just change the names, instead of your gods and goddesses well call them Christian names, your highest holiday (the winter solstice) well hmmm we definetley need something to do about that one, hmmm oh I know, let's celebrate it as the birth of Christ, ya that sounds good. You can still still keep everything you did but let's just change it up abit, make it more appealing to the masses, hey maybe everyone will accept this and everyone can be one big happy family.
Does this sound just a tad bit off to you?
This is the method the catholic church has used for centuries.
Would you try and convert a wiccan (witch) by saying, "Hey it's ok to keep all your traditions, rituals and rites, all those ways you served satan with, just change the names and we'll call you Christian instead".
Would God accept this?
Aright then let's see how far this actually goes.
What was the winter solstice since this was what the catholic church tried to change to convert pagans to their organization.
It was to pagans, the rebirth of the sun god.
It went away and at the winter solstice the sun started coming back, they celebrated it as the rebirth of the sun god.
(catholics changed this by saying it was the birth of Christ)
So what they are really saying is hey you know that day you all worshiped the sun, that big ball of fire in sky you claim is a god, well heyyy let's not say it's the sun god, ra or baal or the many names they called it throughout history, let's say now it's the birth of Christ instead, oh but your still allowed to keep all those rituals and rites you served the sun god with).
God help us for this.
Since when did God need to compete for holidays with satan?
Is He a God who needs to steal those things from his enemy and just change the names to His to get people to believe and serve Him?
I thought it was satan who wanted to be like the most high, (he is the one that tries to steals people from God anyway he can to get people to serve him as god), not the other way around.
God does not need to steal satans holidays, he does not want his rituals and rites and traditions.
God doesn't want anything from him at all.
If anything it says in His Word to come out from among them and be ye separate.
Jeremiah 10:2 says
"Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven: for the heathen are dismayed at them."
2 Corinthians 6:17 says
"Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you."
Ephesians 5:11 says
"And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them."
So why are we trying to mix oil and water together then, or for a better example, why are we trying to mix dung with clean water and claiming it to be clean?
If God has not ordained or blessed it then NO MAN CAN!
It is what it is, nothing but a trick to get you to practice the ways of the heathen and to make the heathens think they are Christians.

In other words catholic church means: universal church.
There is enough information on this organization to show it wants all religions under it's roof, it is basically paganism and Christianity mixed together.
Should we trust what everyone says? NO!
I encourage you not even to trust what I am saying but search it out for yourselves.
If anything it will get you back to the Word of God.
As it says in Acts 17:11
"These were more noble than these in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so."
We have God, Jesus Christ the Son of God and His Holy Spirit, we also have His Word to guide and teach us.
Who should we trust more, God or man?
So many rely on priest, pastor etc etc, are you going to put your soul into their hands?
Some religions actually get mad and say it is wrong to not listen to their words and scorn you if you test and try what they are saying.
Remember they are human, I am human, we are all human.
Only trust God, the rest seek out what they say to see if it is the truth or not, including me.
1 John 2: 26,27 says:
"These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie. and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him."

John 16:13 says
"Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth; for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come."
Alright let's get down to tearing this holiday apart to see if there is anything about Jesus Christ in it at all.

At the end of it, ask yourself one question: "If Jesus was beside me now would He want me doing this?"
The ole Tree
Seems like a good place to start since this is one of the main objects used for the ritual.
First of all let's see what it says in Jeremiah about this and we can see this tradition and ritual was going on in his days also.
Jeremiah 10: 1 - 5
"Hear ye the word which the Lord speaketh unto you, O house of Israel:
Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with an axe.
They deck it with silver and gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.
They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good."
The custom of the tree comes from centuries before as we can see. The book of Jeremiah was written around 629 BC so this tradition and ritual was started a long time ago, we can also see it tells us not to do it.
The druids and the german tribes found the oak sacred and they sacrificed to it (including human sacrifices, until (st. boniface, a catholic) in the 8th century.
The germans got the idea from the romans, the romans got it from the babylonians and the egyptians who got it from nimrod's roots (the founder of all occult practices after the flood).
The germans and romans took evergreens into their homes for various pagan beliefs.
How did they turn this pagan ritual turn into a so called christian one, the tree represented the Christ child for one, another is the tree of life others say it is a symbol of the crucifix others to represent eternal life (the evergreen). There is quite a few ways to tried to get this pagan ritual to become a christian one, the main question is why would you do this in the first place?
This is a pagan ritual to their gods, it is a heathen practice, and should be tossed out completely, changing the name and decorating it with false meanings is believing a lie.
It has nothing to do with God or Jesus and they even tell you to not do it. So why are we doing this then?
It seemed they tried hard to find a twisted reason why christians should accept this pagan practice.
Moving on to other tree parts
The holly wreaths, yule logs, mistletoe
All are pre christian rite and rituals, which mean they were part of paganism (the worship of nature).
The holly was a token for the fairy people to protect them from a harsh winter.
The celts felt it had magical powers, the romans used it as part of the winter solstice celebration as they thought it was sacred to saturn and the berries were sacred to the sun god.
How did this get into the christian life?
Some say it is now a symbol for the crown of thorns which they say was a holly wreath with white berries that turned to red from Christs' blood (ya I know it's ridiculous but so is most of the reasons they have to adopt pagan rituals.
Some say it was a symbol of eternal grace.
The yule log came from the word sun log. Yule means wheel and is a pagan symbol of the sun.
The burning of the log represented the warmer days to come.
It was to be used as a protection from lightning and evil spirits.
There is rules to be obeyed in using the yule log (even christians adopted these)
Why they would use this old ritual is beyond me, this one is obviously from pagan roots but then it all is.
The mistletoe is a parasite that grows in oak trees, the druids thought to be sacred in their pagan ritual they would cut it down with a sickle, never letting hands touch it, and sacrifice two white bulls for the ceremony. it was believed to have powers of life and fertility.
It was also used in the saturnalia celebration (the sun god celebration) but almost all used it as a fertility usage.
All three have no roots in bible or has anything to do with Jesus, they all have ritual beliefs in paganism though and that is the only thing they were used in.
Should all christians be practicing these pagan rituals?
Should we be teaching our children them?
Old santa
First of all this is just an outright lie we tell our children.
How many children are horrified when they find out their faith in santa was nothing but a lie told to them by the very people they trusted the most, their parents.
Some say, to get around this, that when they were told do you believe in santa the parents say no, they believe in the spirit of santa, thus making their conscious seem abit clearer from lying to their children.
The whole point here is children believe in santa as a god, and have extreme childlike faith in him.
They obey his rules and laws for being good.
You don't need to tell your children to believe in a false god to be good, teach them the bible instead, it will teach them to be good in the ways God wants them to be good.
One main one is "Honor thy father and mother", since this is the main reason parents seem to bring their children to a false god and have faith in him.
Some think it's orgins started with st. nick, that catholic bishop, it has roots even older.
Santa was a common name used for nimrod (the founder of occult practices), throughout Asia Minor, a fire god who came down the chimneys of ancient pagans to who children were burnt and eaten in a sacrifice.
The catholic church snuck this one in by using st nick instead, remember old nick is a term used for the devil.
The elves were the fairy people now instead of hiding in the forest of the druids are now employed to make toys.
Ya ok that's just ridicules but this is the lie we get our children to put 100% faith into.
You have taught your children to believe in a pagan fire god and put 100% faith into him.
Would God want this?

It's orgins
It's orgins has the gift giving in the pagan following of saturnalia, a roman pagan belief of the winter solstice.
They worshiped saturn the god of fire with giving of gifts, decorate their homes with greens (evergreens) and lights and gifts to the children and the poor.
The romans called him saturn, the egyptians called him vulcan, the greeks called kronos, babylon called him tammuz (Nimrods son) who nimrod was supposedly reborn into or molech or baal also the horned one.
Let's look at this festival of saturnalia because it encompasses everything we celebrate as christmas now a days.
The festival lasted about a week, all normal life stopped and giving of gifts, drinking and eating was done instead to celebrate the festival to honor saturn the fire god.
The opening festivities were marked by a public banquet at the temple of Saturn when the god’s statue was released from the ties which bound it to the temple for the rest of the year. From this point on, normal social rules were inverted. All business was suspended, criminals could not be convicted or wars started. Pleasure ruled. Each household would choose a King of the festival to preside over their own parties and celebrations, thrown for families and for clients by their patron. Slaves would be served by their own masters who would dress informally, even wearing the traditional slaves hat, the pilleus. The time was spent playing games, gambling, eating and drinking.
Gifts were also given. Traditionally, they were comprised of pottery figures and wax candles, purchased at the fair that marked the closing days of saturnalia. However, as time passed, gifts became more ostentatious, so much so that legislation was required to prevent the less wealthy from beggaring themselves giving gifts they could ill afford.
Hmmm sounding alot like our version doesn't it.
There is plenty of material on this subject if you want to search it out for yourselves but the main focus here is that it is all 100% pagan and has nothing to do with Jesus.
All it's rituals and rites are taken from various pagan beliefs mixed together in a pagan stew with the names changed and perverted meanings so that the rituals and rites of the pagans can still be practiced, the real sad part is christians are practicing them more then the pagans are now.
What a trick thrown at us by satan, to top it all off the whole world is deceived into obeying this pagan festival to the point that governments obey it and force companies to close in celebration for it.
There is no other holiday forced on us like this one.
How do you think God looks at this when He sees His people bringing this pagan tradition into the churches, his preachers and teachers forcing the people to observe it and practice it and partake in these rituals that the heathens did?
The little children being taught from birth to follow this lie and put their faith in it.
This pagan holiday to worship false gods is greater and more widespread then anything else.
Try going into a church in the middle of this ritual and say "Hey you are all practicing a pagan ritual to honor another god besides GOD and Jesus the Son of God.
Watch what happens and how you are mocked and scorned and probably called blasphemous and sacrilege, when it's the other way around.
What about those who use the excuse, hey it's a time for family and friends to get together.
Take out all the pagan rituals to honor false gods and what do you have left?

Even the day it is celebrated is from pagan roots to honor the god of fire.
If it looks like a snake, behaves like a snake then changing it's name doesn't make it any less a snake.
This is outright spiritual adultery to all who claim to be christians.
Why does it seem I am picking on the catholic institution so much?
it is a mixture of paganism and christianity with it's practices from pagan roots and names from bible.
The sun eucharist came from egypt (which is why it is placed in a sun monstrance) it was in honor of the sun god.
they changed the name to become the lords last supper.
We are supposed to do it in remembrance of Christ but they use the same ritual and use the same relics the egyptians did.
Mary worship (the mother of God and the queen of heaven and the mediator between man and God) so they teach.
This wrong all the way around, it tells us in the old testament not to worship the queen of heaven, our mother is the new jerusalem and the only mediator between God and man is Jesus.
1 Timothy 2:5
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."
Galatians 4:26
"But jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all."
I can go on and on about how the catholic church uses pagan rituals and rites and just change the names to christian names so they can become the universal church but there is plenty already written on this abomination that was created.

It is basically a religion that was started to unite christians and pagans together.
You cannot have satan and God in the same church and worshiping them both the same, this is blasphemous yet this is what the catholic church is and has been trying to get all churches still under their universal church umbrella.
Get to know God, there is no other way then through Jesus Christ who is our savour.
He died on the cross for all of us.
There is only one way to get to know God and through the cross and the blood Jesus shed for the remission of our sins.

Psalms 106: 35 - 40
"But were mingled among the heathen, and learned their works.
And they served their idols: which were a snare unto them.
Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto devils,
And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.
Thus were they defiled with their own works, and went a whoring with their own inventions.
Therefore was the wrath of the LORD kindled against his people, insomuch that he abhorred his own inheritance."
Finally one scripture says it all
Deuteronomy 12: 30-32
"Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.
Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.
What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it."
Practicing the same rituals and rites the pagans did to serve their gods is not acceptable, even if you try to disguise the meaning and the names the practice is the same.
It tells us to observe what God tells us to observe, DO NOT ADD TO IT OR DIMINISH IT!
Man turned pagan practises and changed it's names and meaning and claimed it to be of God.
God did not command this, it was man who polluted us and and set this abomination before us to practise.
