A little about us...

Passport Dachshunds was started in in 2006 by us, Arvind and Joyce deBraganca. For years I had wanted a Dachsie and with the addition of Prada we were off. Shortly after Prada came Lucy. God was on our side when he put George and Sherry Howes in our lives. They needed an LGD (livestock guardian dog) and we needed a stud dog. One of our Passport Anatolians went to live at Hiswill Kennels and Bosley and Otis joined Passport. We were well on our way!!

Now five years have passed and we have really done well. So far we have produced 5 litters to date and all have had champions except for the "D" litter. We have improved on our foundation, started establishing a line and a look, and most importantly we have shared our joyous companions with other families.

Our goal is to breed healthy, physically, and mentally sound Dachshunds that excel in every avenue of their lives. Whether it be companion, field, earth dog or conformation a Passport Dachshund will fit the bill. We are constantly doing research and learning about what makes a quality Dachshund tick. It is our goal to produce a family line that is solid in all aspects and true to the standard and history of this breed.

Passport is home to Standard Smooths in all allowable colors. We will do our best to keep this site updated with wins, photos, litters, and information concerning our dogs and the Dachshund breed. Hope you enjoy our dogs as much as we do!
