Wecome to Fat Harry's Texas Style Bar-B-Que, we are going to be good friends. Fat Harry's is a concept dreamed up by foodies John Johnsen and Dan McGevna, two guy's who understand that it's just not cooking good wood smoke Bar-B-Que, It being passoinate about cooking Wood Smoke Bar-B-Que that counts. And we want you all to enjoy our craft.

We use charcoal and a mix of Apple, Mesquite, and Oak smoking woods imported from Texas. Propane Gas will never come into contact with our product."

Our Tri Tip's, Rib's, Chicken's, and Hot Links are all slow smoked for no less than 5 to 6 hours in a dence HO2 fog. We make all our own rubs and sauces.
