Family First provides a wide range of mental health services and is always examining community needs to see if additional services would be useful.

Signs that a child might need help:

• Seems unusually anxious or nervous.
• Talks a lot or will not talk at all about an upsetting event.
• Becomes physically or verbally aggressive.
• Has nightmares/wants to sleep with parents.
• Angers or becomes frustrated quickly.
• Has difficulty concentrating.
• Is easily startled.
• Fears being separated from parents.
• Begins nail-biting, bed-wetting, or thumb-sucking.
