-Simply describe your issue as best as you can. You may send screen shots, photos, copy and paste text such as error messages, or simply give as much detail as possible and your resolution will be emailed back to you.

-All email conversations will be saved and can be sent to you for future reference at absolutely no cost to you.

*start up fee includes resolution of 3 issues within first 30 days. Subscriber can receive refund of start-up fee within 7 days or before resolution of 3rd issue (whichever comes first).

*Disclaimer*

Every effort will be made to resolve issues within 24 hours, however, certain situations may arise in which more time may be required. Some issues may require multiple communications. Should additional information be needed for any issue, the time of a resolution may be delayed. In any event should you not be totally satisfied you can at any time cancel our agreement and receive a full refund of unused services (see refunds). Service agreement may be altered at any time with or without prior agreement, but will not be placed into effect until after such notice has been provided. Continued service shows your agreement of changed. It is impossible to support all programs and applications. A best attempt will be made to resolve ALL issues. If you have specific needs or questions please contact entech101@aol.com before purchasing this service.

*Refunds*

Refunds of unused services are provided with no questions asked.

For a full refund in all cases (except the pay as you go plan) the first seven (7) days of each month or services provided of three (3) issues (whichever comes first) for the purpose of refunds will be considered NO SERVICES used if subscriber cancels within this time frame. Thereafter, a percentage of services used will be refunded. With the Unlimited Issue Resolution a full refund minus $1 per resolved issue will be refunded (no refund after 40 issue resolutions).

A=At this time we do not support real time internet chat, however as our business progresses we hope to provide additional services.

Q=How do I know if I’ve used all my issues to prevent being charged for additional usage?

A=Each issue will include a quick statement if services used. When you have reached your last issue included with your plan it will be noted. Cost for additional issue resolution will be added to your next months statement and will never be automatically deducted.

Q=Can I get a discount for paying one year (three months, six months etc) in advance?

A=Generally, we are trying to use only the plans provided, however, you may contact Entech101@aol.com with your business needs. We look forward to serving your needs as best we can.
