My name is Vanessa Lapierre and I am the creator of this website. I never had the privilege of knowing little Emilie while she was still here with us. I heard the news of the tragedy on the news while it was happening. I was deeply touched by what happened and Emilie Parker was the first victim I heard about so she will always be special to me.
