Job Description

The Organic Pharmacy is looking for PT Retail Beauty Consultants to be based at Bentalls/ Kingston and Kings Rd/ Chelsea.

Duties to include

·Selling our luxury skincare and cosmetics brand
·Meet sales targets.
·Listening to customers, assessing their needs and offering the very best customer service.
·Facials, make up and product demonstrations.
·Cash handling.
·Ensuring the counter is kept clean and tidy at all times.
·Liasing with store buyers to make sure we have optimum stock availability, introducing new product lines and arrange in store events and promotions.
·Reporting daily sales and stock figures directly back to head office on a daily basis.

Type of person required:

·Must have a proven track record in beauty/cosmetic sales, ideally with a qualification in beauty.
·Reliable with a mature attitude towards their work and always willing to learn new skills.
·Have a passion for all things organic.
·Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
·Flexible attitude to working hours.
·Must be available to work in the UK for at least the next two years.
