This documentation has been created to help and guide end users through the basic processes with Microsoft Outlook 2003. Microsoft Outlook was created for email composing, calendar management, and task processes to provide a better communication and organizing method.

 

The intended audience is for both internal and external users using Microsoft outlook. This documentation provided can lead and help multiple audiences and anyone who is using the application.  The audience size is infinite and intended for users who are just starting out, have no knowledge of using Outlook, or need a refresher. Internal and external users who use Microsoft Outlook could have a job title from HR Coordinator, Marketing Manager, IT Director, Helpdesk associate. Anyone in the organization who communicates on a daily basis in the office primarily communicates using Outlook. Those users who are in the IT field and familiar with computers will have a very easy grasp on the foundation of Outlook. This documentation has been created for those users who need to the extra push at completing basic duties.
