In addition to computer, parts and software sales, we also offer other services to make your lives just a little easier. We offer our services on three basic catagories:
Low Contact: Low Contact services mearly mean services where face to face contact is not possible or needed. These services include Phone or Online Tech Support, Website Design and Phone or Online Ordering. Note: These services do not require your computer our yourself be physically in our office in order for the work to be performed.
In House/Office: In House/Office services refer to any service that is and can be done in house/office. These services include Computer Repair/Upgrades, Sales, Installation, Training and Tech Support. Note: These services require your computer our yourself to be physically in our office in order for the work to be performed.
On Site: On Site services refer to any service that is and can be done on site or at a residence/business. These services include Computer Reair/Upgrade, Sales, Training, Tech Support, Wired/Wireless Network Setup and Setup/Installation. Note: These services mearly require you to be home.
Many services are avilable both in house and on site giving you the ease of options based on your schedule. Please Note that all house calls other then initial setup or covered repair, will include a $20 House Call Charge, to cover gas, also note all prices are for minimum of 1 hour. Anytime multiple services are performed, new services will only be billed after 30 minutes.
