BIO
Darlene started taking Art Lessons in 1975 as a result of a gift from her son James; who purchased a painting set & signed her up for lessons. She branched out by taking lessons in several mediums and attended workshops from many renowned Artists across the Country. She started teaching some local workshops in Phoenix and became certified in several mediums & methods of Art. She started attending National Conventions and started teaching in them. Darlene retired to Arkansas in year 2000 and became active in teaching for the local Art Center and the Adult Community Classes in the local college. She has been asked to Judge in some of the local competitions, and is listed in the Manchester book of “Who’s Who” in the Artist Category. She is available for teaching Nationally & Internationally and accepts Commissions.
