Skin Cancer - An Overview

Skin cancer is another common type of cancer. As the name suggests, skin cancer is a cancerous condition of skin.

Basal skin cancer lesions are different from other sores in that they do not heal. They frequently appear, drain bloody or yellowish fluid, scab over, and then begin to drain again.


Other signs that characterize this type of cancer include the presence of sores that do not heal. These sores may begin to bleed or drain yellowish fluid for a time, then scab over and appear as though they are healing.

In some cases the skin tends to heal once the biopsy is done as it grows over the cancer. However, this does not indicate that the cancer is removed completely.
