Venturing Crew 342 is part of a new youth development program created by the B. S. A. called Venturing. It is for young men and women who are 14 through 20 years of age. We are chartered to the 20th Communications Squadron Booster Club on Shaw AFB, South Carolina. We are part of the Henry Shelor District in the Pee Dee Area Council.

    Crews specialize in activities varying from High Adventure, Backpacking, Camping/Wilderness Survival, Caving, Canoeing and Mountain Biking.

    All members of the crew are given opportunities to learn and apply proven leadership skills. A Venturing crew is led by elected crew officers. If you would like to check out our crew please stop by one of our meetings or contact us for more information.
