Mission Statement: To provide an establishment that will ensure free and impartial role play, to become one of the most diverse scenes within the community through many events such as av auctions, live DJ( when applicable ), even wedding receptions to some.

Rules and Provisions of Contra Mundi's Establishment

notice: All rules are subject to change upon discretion of management to better serve the public

1-killzones are enforced only at the intial spot of attack, outside the confines of the area will be dealt with by management

2-fighting in the Resturant , offices and club, if deemed necessary is restricted to hand to hand only, we know that this is a nightclub and a fight will break out , however we are also concerned with property damage as management has the right to kill-on site if it is in the best interest of the business.

3-Firearms(small arms,smg), Swords, Knives are welcomed on your person and need to be recognized as you enter the premises, however we will request that all exotic weapons be checked with management upon entering the premises and are subjected to confiscation. They will be stored in a safe room until you leave. Exotic weapons are on the base of: Swords of magickal quality( Flaming swords, swords with projectile capability), Assault rifles ( outside of the basic ones ) will be placed behind the bar, Grenade Launchers , Flashbangs , Grenades are not permitted by anyone but staff as we are keen on property damage and will use them to prevent unwanted events. We also ask that if you carry firearms , that you remove any suppressors that are on and do not use tactical lights.

4- Combat is based on Freestyle/VTM, like minded if you use disciplines please state the discipline that you are applying in a comprehending manner.Combat is also to be agreed by parties before a moderator or judge in compliance and moderator/host shall interpret decisions as they will be final

ex- (he looks into his victim's eyes as he takes a gasp, " silence " he said to his victim as the victim had then without hesitation sealed his mouth with no retorting of any kind -command,dominate 1-)

this also shows that you know the extent of your discipline and limitations, this also prevents power play.

--Disciplines of the arcane(Thaumaturgy,Koldunics,Daimonion,Necromancy), need to be used with discretion , as property damage will be our biggest concern and will eliminate those who do not heed this warning.

5- With respect of others , please ask to IM designated person , if person designated is a submissive, please ask their Master first and foremost. This is established to ensure fairness to the D/s Culture. Illegal use of IMs shall be treated as disrespect of privacy and shall be dealt with on a case by case basis

6- Gor play will be treated as D/s and only accepted as D/s , status such as Ubars, Priest Kings , will not be recognized by management, vamps, status of your homeland such as " princess , ductus or king " are not recognized by our management either, guests will be considered as equal and share equal rights

7- The drama in the Resturant , Offices and club turns away business in the most severe of manners , which makes it bad for the entire establishment, so please , check your drama with your exotic weapons. Majority of everyone are of at least the age to buy cigarettes , if not drinking so that makes you of contractual capacity to adhere to the rules , by entering this establishment, it means that you have read and understood the rules.
