· Sisi Great North-1 (SSGN-1) well, Sisi field – Total E&P Indonesie. Loss circulation at carbonate layer of MF-2 as predicted, some missing real time LWD data due to pulser stop pulsing signal, VSP programme (rig source and Walk Away VSP)

· Tulip East-1 well, Bukat Field – ENI Indonesia deep water project with some high pressure reservoir. Increase mud weight due to high background gas

· Borago-1, Tulip East-2, Aster-4, Aster-4A and Aster-5 wells, Bukat Field – ENI Indonesia deep water project. Drilling with minimum kick tolerance due to high pressure and some of them have a low LOT result

· Jangkrik-1, Jangkrik-2, Jangkrik-3, Jangkrik NE-1, Jangkrik NE-2 and Capung-1 wells at Muara Bakau PSC deep water project

· BSN-1, Emerald-1 wells at Krueng Mane PSC deep water project

Vertical Wells  

· More than 250 development wells, including Producer and Injector wells, at Duri Field, Caltex Pacific Indonesia Riau

Deviated Wells  

· More than 20 wells with shallow gas and high pressure risk zones at Tunu - Peciko Field, Mahakam Delta, Total E&P Indonesie Balikpapan

Horizontal Wells

· 3 wells in Duri and Kulin Field, Caltex Pacific Indonesia, Riau. Sidetrack Kulin#82 well

HPHT Wells   

· 4 wells with shallow gas risk zones and over pressure interest zones, close monitoring of any propagation of background gas, drilling break and LWD curve while drilling, increase mud weight due to LCT positive in TN-S13, Tunu Field, Total E&P Indonesie, Balikpapan

Coring Wells

· Total 8 coring job : 2 coring wells at Peciko Field (PK-G17 and PK-A14) – Total Indonesie ; 2 coring wells at Kulin and Duri Field - Caltex Pacific Indonesia Riau ; 2 coring wells at Bukat Field (Aster-4 and Aster-4A) and 2 coring wells at Muara Bakau (Jangkrik-2 and Jangkrik NE-1) – ENI Indonesia.

· One (1) coring job by using half-moon system at Peciko field PK-A14 – Total Indonesie

· Decided cut core position, core handling at surface, describe core samples, core jamming, dean stark plugging, deep wax and preservation core for SCAL purpose at Peciko Field

Open Hole Wireline Logging

· Tool stuck due to sticky zone, Logging at high differential pressure well, depleted reservoir , pressure test with TPL, Total E&P Indonesie

· Total loss circulation while open hole logging job, Logging tool couldn’t go down, logging in under balanced drilling condition, choose the right resistivity tool configuration based on salinity mud in water base mud system, bad log reading due to wash-out and rugose hole, interpret top - bottom of hydrocarbon and net pay, casing point decision, determine OWC in order to set PBTD, Caltex Pacific Indonesia

· More than 300 regular logging job (PEX-150, PEX-HALS, PEX-AIT, Triple Combo) have been supervised in Caltex Pacific Indonesia, Total Indonesie and ENI Indonesia

· Supervise more than 20 sidewall core job (Percussion SWC and CST ; Rotary RSCT and MSCT), decided sidewall core position and description on site, Duri and Kulin Field, Caltex Pacific Indonesia

· Supervise more than 100 pressure test job (MDT, RFT,SFT and RDT), fluid analysis (LFA, CFA and MRILab) and fluid sampling by using nitrogen and water chamber (silicon and water buffer)

· Transfering fluid samples on site from wireline chamber to Corelab cylinder prior to backloaded to town. Unable to transfer fluid from nitrogen chamber (pressurized till 10000 psi) due to stuck on piston chamber, Tulip East-1 well, Bukat Field - ENI Indonesia
