According to Wikipedia “gender is the wide set of characteristics that are seen to distinguish between male and female."Gender and sex differ because sex is the physical conditions that make a male a male and a woman a woman and gender is a socially constructed word.  Gender is an ever changing definition as society changes, their value, belief, and ideals construct as to what gender is today.
