I created this website to log my writing experience in a way that promotes things that help for my health. This is one of my first articles and I hope it can help someone else. 


Do you feel like you are aging at an alarming rate? Are you noticing wrinkles and do you feel sluggish every morning when waking up? Well your body may be a virtual war ground to free radicals damaging your body at a cellular level. These types of free radicals or oxidizing cells can slowly degrade your body at a cellular level causing premature aging and chronic illness. However, there are ways to prevent this biological war going on in your body and help prevent and reduce your chances of premature aging and chronic disease. (Such as ridding bad habits, eating healthy, reducing stress and experimenting with supplements such as vitamin c, vitamin e, protocol or other cell healing supplements).

 

Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking and alcohol produce massive amounts of free radicals and oxidizing cells that wreak havoc on your body. Smoking alone is loaded with thousands of poisonous chemicals such as carbon monoxide. Smoking is also obviously well known for causing cancer which many scientists believe is directly related to these chemicals in which free radicals and cell oxidization is produced. Alcohol also has an inflammatory effect body and vital organs that over time can cause premature aging and early onset of certain diseases.

 

Stress 

Stress is obviously another big contributor to cell damage and premature aging. Although stress is common in most of our lives; some people just can’t handle stress properly. When stress isn’t handled properly it has a chronic “bottled-up” effect which has a powerful toll on the body when it comes to aging and chronic illness.

 

Diet and Supplementation 

Healthy diet is one of the many ways to manage premature aging and chronic illness. However, most of us do not have the money or the time to eat 10 servings of produce every day. Supplementation is an effective alternative for many people and takes virtually no time to participate in. However, if you buy supplements make sure they are a quality distributor with a reputable name.
