What is a Tail Tag? A Tail Tag is a fun replacement for the plain old red, green or yellow ribbon that riders place in their horse’s tails to signify a kicker, a green horse or a stud.
Each Tail Tag is made out of a 2 mm thick piece of foam with a ribbon in matching color.
Tails Tags are still in an experimental stage*. I am testing different ways of attaching them to the horse’s tail. Right now I am using alligator clips. Should you have a different method that you would like me to use I am all for suggestions.
