Urgh I still feel yuck from yday’s
good luck to you. I’ve been taking them for a couple of years now and feel so much better being off the ppis. I still occasionally get a little heartburn, but it is easily treated with gaviscon or tums. acid reflux, my throat hurts and when I try to eat it’s like I’ve burned my throat
I am coming off omeprazole, tried it for 2 months but the side effects weren’t worth it, for the last week I’ve cut it down to every other day, and stopping tomorrow completely but someone said the withdrawal reflux would be bad and my goodness it is! So bad.
