Text Box: Town Council monthly Meeting Minutes Text Box: August 3, 2009 The Bushnell town board met in regular session on Monday, August 3, 2009 at 7:30pm in the town hall. Roll call: present was President Dave Huebner, trustee, Charolette Meyers; absent was Anisah David. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The FIT and treasurer’s report was given. A motion was made and seconded to accept financial reports. Old Business: A discussion was held on the clean-up of Mary Peterson’s place. We now have the school bell. More planning will be discussed at next meeting. New Business: The board was informed that the 2010 budget will be presented at the next meeting. Any suggestions will be brought up then. Correspondence was read and discussed. A motion was made and seconded to reimburse Anisah for gas to attend the Public Works committee meeting of the Municipality League, in Pierre. Applications will be accepted by the board for finance officer. A motion was made and seconded to do some repairs in the park. Mosquito spraying was discussed. We need to continue spraying. A motion was made and seconded to pay the following bills: #1826, Otter Tail Electric Power company, $143.64, lighting: #1827, Alvira Anderson, $40.18, wages; #1828, Tim Huber, $270.00, Park.
