Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance at this time. My rates are low and when compared to a co-payment that may be required by an insurance provider, there may be little difference. However, I am exploring the possibility of contracting with insurance providers.
Do you do Mental Health Assessments?
Yes. I do a complete Mental Health Assessment on all who engage in services.
Do you make home and agency visits?
Yes. As appropriate I can arrange for in-home or agency visits such as to Assisted Living or Nursing Home settings. I have found that there are a lot of people who have limited mobility issues and are not able to easily travel to an office for services. This service is arranged on a
case-by-case basis.
Do you ever contract your services?
I am able to consider and negotiate contracted services with interested parties. I am fully insured for the services I provide.
Can you bill me for services?
In order to keep the cost of services low I generally expect payment at the time of service. This reduces overhead and lowers the cost to you.
