(Please note:  This page is used for my SecondLife (SL) avatar.)

Anyone who knows me knows that I am in no way a "strictly vanilla" type of person.  I have used RLV for a long time and generally have enjoyed the product.  However, a recent incident on a couple of sims has caused me to rethink my position on the matter.

On being restrained, locked in a prison cell and left unable to free myself and/or control various parts of my avatar:  I understand that this is where RLV shines.  It lends itself to the concept that you are not always in control, that someone else has power over you.  Unfortunately, I should have realized that seeing as how it seems that the vast majority of individuals ONLINE (much less those that frequent the areas I do on SL) are of a MAXIMUM age level of about SIX, has caused me to find myself in situations that has required me to log off of my RLV browser, onto my NON-RLV browser and then BACK onto my RLV browser to simply extricate myself from a situation I was left in by an unthinking "Dom/me".

I recently visited a "Prison" sim in which you are placed in the position of a prisoner and placed in a cell for a fixed amount of time (In this case, about five days).  Now keep in mind I am not speaking of five ROLEPLAYING days..I mean five REAL LIFE days.  Five days of doing nothing but staring at four walls... of being unable to leave due to the RLV restraints in place.

If I had REALLY wanted to go to jail that bad, I would have gone out in RL and robbed a store or something.  Or legally, I would have simply gone in to work.  Now, as a result of my circumnavigating the RLV restraints, I have apparently been "Listed as a cheater with several prison sims".   Attention all "wardens" and "staff'" of those "prisons":  Go utilize your head and anal cavity in a manner which ordinarily would be anatomically impossible!

WHAT THIS ALL BOILS DOWN TO:  My time online is an ESCAPE from reality.  While I am rather submissive online, offline I am NOT.  I do NOT appreciate my online time being used against me NOR do I appreciate the snotty attitude I have encountered from certain individuals.  As ALWAYS online, if one does not enjoy or like where their time online has taken them, then they are free to seek their entertainment elsewhere.  This shall be the path I follow.
